Abysmal and insulting. I went downstairs to simply get a bagel, and that bagel was 'cut' by slicing off a tiny sliver (truly, a sliver) of the top, and the whole rest of the bagel as the bottom half. Both were deeply burnt. How do your employees find this acceptable? This place also represents the awful turn toward digitizing everything, so you can barely speak to employees to ask a question (they were not friendly when I did). Students (and faculty!) deserve better. For shame, Einstein, that you're making money like this, and shame on Auburn too for facilitating this super hands-off, uncaring food service. Just a gross social experience, and aggravating that I'm wasting my time writing this review, when all I wanted was a bagel. My only hope is that it steers...

So I love Einstein Bros anywhere else but not here.

Ordered a bagel. Took me a while to get there to grab it. So it was cold. That’s my bad I realized. But it also felt not toasted at all.

So paid 4$ More to order another bagel. Put “please toast” in special instructions. When it came out it was all soft still and barely even warm. Because it came out the MOMENT I ordered it.

I politely explained the situation and she pulled out my bagel from the bag (wearing gloves) and she told me it was toasted by pointing to the slightly burnt edges. I asked “really?” And she continued to insist it was toasted. So I took my bagel and I sat down and now I’m writing...
