Bad experience. Ordered a few meals to go. Order taker was snappy while we went over the orders. Legit, I jus had a question about the menu. No biggie. My guest was on his nerves a bit, but they weren't overly obnoxious. Jus excited. Ordered a beverage while we waited. The guy was a kinda rude on our way out. Instead of bringing the order to where we were seated, he placed it on a table where we'd have to get up to grab it - like he wanted us to leave. We weren't there anywhere near closing time. Felt inhospitable. Anyway, tipped him phat (over 20%) 👍🏽

We live less than 10 min away. Unpacking my order, I noticed the food quality wasn't spectacular. Everything seemed to be lower grade Sysco products thrown together. If you know, you know. At the price point, I expected better ingredients. Whatever, hungry. Frankly, not above it. Made a plate, took my first bite. Meat luke warm outside, ice cold in the middle. Both the chicken and shredded beef :( they didn't even bother to heat up the portions all the way thru. That is exactly how people get food poisoning. Fine. Ate anyway, starving. Saved leftovers, because again - at the price point we paid, can't jus throw away the food.

Next day, went to heat it up. Took a scoop from the container and found a hair in my food. Yikes. Enough said.

Not saying it's good or bad overall, this was jus my experience. 3 strikes in one go. Shame, cause the warm chips n salsa were great and it's a place I'd have gone to sip a marg w/ friends. Doubt...

Every month I order 7 - 8 entrees online for my board meeting dinner. I was surprised at how well-laid-out and easy the ordering process is. You can order each dinner individually, so everyone gets to choose their choice of beans, meat and tortillas. You can order days ahead or same day, and request the time you want to pick it up. You can pay online and then send someone else to pick up, if necessary.

(There is a place for "special requests" on every individual meal. I always write: "Please label this dinner with (person's name)." Every month, we get our meals out of the box and easily give each one to the correct person. No one has to remember what they ordered. No guessing or trying to identify which meal is which. This is SO helpful when ordering custom meals for a group.

Last night, we ordered 30 custom dinners for an event!! It went smoothly just like always. Everyone got just what they wanted and what they ordered.

Every meal that I've ordered, (including this huge custom meal order), has been ready exactly when I requested it. When we went to pick up last night, we were hauling boxes to the car while they created the taco salads. They said, "We didn't want the lettuce to get mushy." Wow! We were so impressed.

We always love the food. My wife and I have taken various guests to Garcia's for dine-in, and it has always been great. The atmosphere is fairly basic, but good food...

Came in with my babies for dinner, got there, was sat. Waited 20 mins in a non busy restaurant for drinks. A couple minutes later our waitress came by and said "Are you ready"?

No hello, welcome in.....nothing! I started to order and noticed she wasn't writing any of it down and I knew it was going to be a disaster from there, but I didn't say anything and gave her the benefit of the doubt. My dish comes out wrong, the lady ask what's wrong with it, so I explained that the server didn't write anything down, I asked for no veggies, double rice no beans. She laughed yes LAUGHED and said "well she's been working here so long, she doesn't need to write the order down."

I look down and say clearly she does. So she rolled her eyes took back my food and brought my dish back out (image below) looking like this. Taco completely dumbed out and no cheese on the taco. I could tell they were mad that I spoke up so my food came back like this. Rude, unprofessional and wouldn't recommend. Took one bite and it was cold, I just gave up after receiving my plate back.
