Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Auburn

If this were the first time I had ever eaten at a Jack's, I would not want to eat at another one. I grew up in North Alabama, eating at Jack's all my life. I moved to Cleveland, OH and Jack's is one thing I miss, especially their biscuits. We came down to visit family in Auburn and of course I wanted to get Jack's for breakfast. Ordered 3 deluxe breakfast platters for me and my kids through the app. Should be easy right? Get to the restaurant, tell them I have a mobile order, they ask my name, then tell me to move around. Get to the window and she tried to hand me a smaller bag and an orange juice. I told her it wasn't my order. She gave me an attitude and told me it was and I told her it was not. I said I had ordered three deluxe platters. She walks away telling the other person that I claim it isn't my order even though it has my name. They hand her my bag and she hands it out the window. I said thank you and got ignored. Got back to the hotel to utter disappointment. The biscuits looked and tasted like they were store bought frozen biscuits. Absolutely nothing like any biscuit I had ever gotten from a Jack's before. The only thing on the whole platter that was good was the grits. Me and my sister were starving and both craving some jacks. I went up there and when I ordered, they had been kind of nice. I ordered the chicken fingers with a bunch of honey mustard along with the two DOUBLE cheese burger meal with just ketchup and mayo. I get to the window and get my drinks and they tell me to pull up. I get my food and there’s no honey mustard in the bag whatsoever. So I go back around and let them know I didn’t get any. So I get to the window and they tell me that they can not give me any because there were no tops to the containers and they had no more honey mustard. As I’m trying to think of any other sauce, the woman at the window tells me to pull up to think about it because there was someone behind me. She said this very rudely and was glaring at me. I was already pissed because they didn’t even tell me that in the first place. I get home and open my food, the fries are cold, my burgers have pickles onions and mustard, along with them BOTH being singles. Not only did they have rude service but they got my order completely wrong. I planned on calling but I figured that they wouldn’t let me talk to a manger. I’m normally not one to make reviews, but with the way me and my friends were just treated I have to say something. We came in to order take out and it seemed that no matter what we did we were getting yelled at by who I assume is the manager up front. I understand being stressed and having to make inventory at a job, but yelling at a customer for asking for a simple sauce cup is not at all acceptable. We also were not aware that they were out of biscuits until after ordering two dinners and were then told we had to pay extra for any toast. At this point we did not want to change the order at the fear of being yelled at. I understand inventory is important for a business, but that should not affect how your customers are being treated .
