McDonald's — Restaurant in Auburn

Absolutely disgusting place🤦‍♀️😏 we ordered two milkshakes with no whip cream.. we received two WITH whip cream. We decided not to complain and just deal with it UNTIL we tasted the whip cream.. it was the worst thing i tasted in awhile... the whip cream was expired.. i took these back inside to them and they just looked me like i was the dumb one.. then a manager comes to and shoves her nose in one and says , "yup this is definitely gone bad!"! Then just looks at me🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ she handed one back and was gonna remake only one lol like come tf on lady they both have expired whip cream... i told her just the shake and not add any whip cream at all!! She took a can of whip cream outta the fridge, banged the top on the wall to open it lol and then squirt some in her palm!! She said this smells better🤦‍♀️ JUST LOOK AT THE expiration date ffs!!!!! I found out the whip cream had an expiration that dated back about a week.. so this McDonald's is handing out expired whip cream to save money or some thing... we ended up throwing every thing away, cause putting your face near my cups is gross.. and not washing your hands before making another 2 shakes, after licking the new whip cream off your hands-- i just can't lol... this place is gross af and needs an overhaul of workers.... the cashier acted like they didn't know what to do when told the whip cream was expired.. This was simple, stop selling expired food for an arm and a leg lol..idk whether to cry or laugh my azz off, at these workers and their ignorance...

U Want a shake? Make it at home or hit DQ up.. cause this place is giving dirty machine ice cream out with expired whip...

I have been to this McDonald’s many times throughout the last four years and the service and the food has always been moderately bad but I continue to go back for the price. The past four months have been the worst experience I’ve ever seen from this McDonald’s in for several reasons. Nearly every night customers are waiting in the drive-through for anywhere between 20 to 35 minutes without any orders been taken from either Lane. I have personally witnessed this over 10 times and each time I see about six or seven cars pull off from the drive-through or either just go straight through the speaker to the window. Every time I get to the window the workers are not friendly, they are playing on their phone or standing there looking at each other confused, and no one ever wears gloves. I have also Learned that they turn one drive-through lane off every night without telling anyone i’m putting signs up, they never answer the phone and I mean they have really never answered the phone, and they almost always close 30 minutes before their scheduled close time. Even their food has been especially bad as if it has been sitting for hours on end. I don’t know why everything is so difficult right now when the lobby is closed, you don’t have to give anyone any change because they are only excepting exact change, and they clearly have the food prepared hours before anyone orders. I believe everyone here sits around in the kitchen in either plays on their phone or they must be drinking or doing drugs because no one can seem to be the least bit functional with the most...

AVOID THIS MCDONALD'S AT ALL COSTS!!!! Please read the reviews, they are accurate!! I wish I could give this McDonald's zero stars. I ordered on the app at 12:27pm and received my receipt at 12:36pm. I was given my drinks and was asked to pull up to wait for my order to be complete. I gladly complied. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I decided it was best to go inside to wait for my food. I found many people inside waiting for their orders. Now I normally don't complain about service because I understand it can be very stressful working in fast food. But this service was just plain unacceptable. The ENTIRE staff was either on their phone, playing around with the other employees, or talking back to the manager. At one point I overheard an employee say she can't mop the floor because she doesn't know how to, all while she had her phone in her hand. The poor manager could not control her staff at all. I had to give the manager my receipt, which she never returned, so she could complete my order. I waited 52 minutes for my order of 2 burgers, 1 ten piece chicken nugget, 1 coke and a basket of fries only to be even more disappointed to find out that the food that was given to me was wrong and put together horribly. Go figure. Oh, and I also had my two hungry little nephews waiting on me for their lunch... All around it was just the worst fast food experience of my life. 52 minutes wasted over $13 that I should have...
