Menchie's Frozen Yogurt — Restaurant in Auburn

I’m so done coming here. Almost everytime I come in there’s a problem. My biggest problem is THEY DONT EVER HAVE YOGURT OR TOPPINGS. lol, absolutely weird a frozen yogurt place doesn’t have yogurt or toppings!? I mainly come to Menchie’s for the popping boba balls, I specifically go out of my way for Menchie’s and the topping. And because I have kids they get yogurt. The first time I came to this place they closed on Mother’s Day no big deal, though a warning would have been cool. The next time I come in they have almost no toppings (not even boba) it was late and VERY obvious the employees didn’t want to refill anything. The next time after that they could only take card, there were only about 3 choices of yogurt, and again of course no toppings or fudge. I’m absolutely done wasting my time here. I’m done coming to this location. There needs to be a change in management because I’ve never had this problem at other menchies. Change your staff. Change management. DO SOMETHING BETTER. I just took my 90 year old grandma in here for some froyo, I finished mine first this was literally a few min over a half an hour before close, and my grandma was still eating and the employees are cleaning up. I decided I wanted to buy more after I finished and the really tall skinny dark skinned girl told me that I couldn’t. So I figured it was because they were closing soon at 9 but that’s in a half an hour. Then as we are walking out, a woman with teo kids enters and she lets them all get some froyo. Then 2 min after that by the time I got to my car with my grandma because she walks slow two other people walk in and get some froyo too.. no problem. What gives?? I never leave bad reviews but that was totally not cool, I haven’t been here in a while and I probably won’t ever come again after that treatment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stopped by Menchie’s and met Nick, the new owner, and I was really impressed. I knew the previous owner, Gabriel, and always enjoyed coming in, but Nick seems to be bringing fresh energy and ideas to the place. He’s extremely friendly, personable, and committed to providing a great experience. One thing he made clear is that they’ll be open when they say they’ll be, which is great to hear.

Nick also mentioned that he’s looking to get more involved and connected with the local community. He even suggested keeping an eye out for Menchie’s coupons on the back of Haggen receipts, which is a nice perk.

It’s clear that Nick genuinely cares about providing a welcoming atmosphere, and I’m excited to see how he builds those local ties. If you’re looking for a friendly spot for frozen yogurt, this Menchie’s is definitely worth a visit! Thank you Nick and welcome...
