We were at this location my husband and I and in the website it says they’re opened until 9:00pm so we always come here after OTC workout and this girl named Gillian told us we had to leave bc they were behind closing and we could not stay and eat our sandwich. We have never had an issue in the past until now. She said that they close for dining at 7pm but no where on the website or the door says that and when we asked for the manager she said this person is only here in the morning and those were his rules? What? A lot of people from surrounding gyms want to get something to eat and classes end up at 8:00-8:10 so imagine how much money they’re pushing away. Do not come here unless you want to deal with super rude young people who are behind on closing duties and kick customers out. The most important parts about running a business is making sure you do your work, you have good customer service skills and always put priority on customer and you’re not lazy or rude. Go to the grocery store and get some good healthy ingredients and make yourself a healthy sandwich where you don’t have to deal with attitudes. This is the only time this has happened as the other people who work there have been nothing but nice. I feel bad for the owner who trust people like this girl who give the business a bad reputation and turns customers away in a rude way. Not wonder so many of these subways are going out of business. It’s sad, unfortunate and unnecessary. DO NOT COME HERE! Coming here lets these people continue to do bad work, be lazy, be behind closing duties, have attitudes and not improve in all of the above. If you want changes demand them and people need consequences for all of the above and owner needs to get on these people and improve the reputation of this place. Read moreI ordered my food via Uber Eats so once I was there I could go and fetch it. Once I go in and get to the counter, I ask for my online order but they said to wait for a minute so I did. I thought this was strange since I ordered way in advance so I didn't get why I had to wait. I waited for about 5-7 minutes before they finally got my food. They didn't seem to be doing anything either, just going in the storage room and talking while givng annoyed glances at me and the other people who were there.
After I paid for my food, I noticed that they forgot my cookie and drink so I went back in to ask for it. The guy tells me that I should get it from the fridge behind me as he seems annoyed about me noticing his mistake. I get my cookie and drink and leave. The sandwich had some odd chicken pieces (and by odd I mean they had those weird strings that made some pieces attach to each other) so it wasn't even worth it. Read moreFood quality is what it is. It’s subway not a restaurant. The service was great before. But the past few times I went in, there’s one particular worker and she’s just rude. At first didn’t think much of it. But one time, when I asked if she they had honey mustard dressing for my sandwich, if she didn’t want to get it out, she could have said no. She grabs it from the fridge, squeezes some onto my my sandwich and literally tosses the dressing among the others and it lands upside down. I’m don’t expect restaurant quality service, but definitely not that young woman’s attitude. And In case some are wondering, I was with my child and I am never rude to waiters/waitresses/servers. But this one, just no.... I dealt with other workers and loved bringing my kids hear for a quick lunch. Now I need to find another subway. Liked this one between would walk to it from my house.
