Oriental Gourmet — Restaurant in Auburn

Besides Sweet and Sour "Chicken" taste spoiled and not getting the meal what I ordered, must of everything that we ordered was not up to par. When called about my meal I was ask to come back in; after being told that's how we make and getting them to understand that I really I didn't get that I ordered. Offered to give me a free dish next vist. No, care about the chicken. When told them I was being nice, that's knowing how the kitchen can be with so many cooks; that they need the check and check on the supplies. We have thrown out the food and brushed our teeth and enjoined pb&j sandwiches with our free two litter with our over $50 purchase (3 full dinners and one app). Congratulations, tonight's quality of food has called for us to NEVER be back. Oh, thanks for calling me back after hours and after we talked, too bad for you; you only asked about replacing my dinner to keep me from writing this review. No, care about our crappy/spoiled...

This place used to be consistent 3.5 stars. Their lo mein, mushu, and general tsos were the best for 50 miles. I went here for decades until i banned them earlier in 2019. It was this place that opened me up to trying things other than sweet and sour chicken. After multiple recent visits I'm sad to say they are disgusting. No matter what i ordered from the soup and crab ragoon to the lo mein. I had to throw it away and have a peanut butter sandwich. Half mile south down the road is Peking buffet, they have a take out or eat in menu as well as buffet, with everything this place has but a few more exclusive items. And peking buffets fried rice is not yellow and...

First time eating at the restaurant, the atmosphere was pleasant as a child was rompering in the dining room, Ordered from the lunch speacial with an extra order of crab rangoon's my fav. The orange chicken i ordered was way over cooked, almost to the point it was crunchy... the fried rice was a bit bland and missing the needed flavor we all love. Hot and sour soup came out warm and had a metalic flavor to it, i took a mouthfull and placed that to the side. The egg roll was mostly cabbage, missing veg and was not tastefull, my original hopes were hi for the mom and pop run restaurant, some spots have that authentic flavor,this is not one of them...
