Have shopped at this farm store ever since it was open. Have suffered through paying "too" much for most things, compared to other farm stores, because of it's convenience. Bought a $30 dog harness there 5 days ago, it had "catostrophic" failure last night. Attempted to return it "without a reciept" ; actually just wanted to get a replacement. Was told absolutely NO. I have dealt with everyone in that store over the years, they should recognize my face at least. I asked them, " do you keep a reciept for everything you purchase?" , they affirmed they do not. I spend roughly $200 per month in that store, dog food, garden supplies, clothing, ect. Told them "You are going to lose a customer", they DIDN'T CARE. ...

While I usually love the store and get great service.. today my pup apparently had to go right then and there, I'm sure it happens a lot. I did not come prepared, never thought of having a poop bag for inside a store. As I stand there looking around for someone I spot a young lady not far from the mess and ask if they have a bag or paper towel to pick up the poo, I got a annoyed look and was told I would have to go up to the cashier. Had a difficult time finding all of the items that I was looking for some of which were items that I would have thought this store would carry. Also had a hard time finding employees in the store to ask for help. Purchased 300 - 400 pounds of various different types of animal feed and would have expected an offer to help load the items in my truck. Several other shoppers even offered to help load my items once I left the store. Will not make a return trip to this store any time soon and, will instead, go to Rural King in...
