When I arrived at 7:01 and only the drive through was open. I waited in line at the drive through for 15 minutes with only 3 vehicles in front of me... The person in front of me had a very long conversation and then decided to buy a Starbucks cup. So the girl got all 3 out so they could choose.... I think they could have come back tomorrow and taken care of that inside!! Then it wouldn't have taken so much time from me and others in line!! Also I feel this place and many others, need to have a different system for people who call their orders in!! Why bother if you still have to wait through LONG LINES ANYWAY..... Or for people picking up called in orders!! Why bother to call on an order it's definitely not any faster!! You still have to wait 15 minutes or longer to pick them up!!! That's so stupid!! Figure out how to fix this!! Certain designated stalls for call in orders and they bring them out to you!! Maybe a text # so you can give them the name of called in order and tell them I'm at stall 7 name on call in is Fred W. It doesn't take rocket science to figure out a better way!! The whole reason we call in our orders is to not have to wait!! And at their prices we shouldn't have to when we have called in advance!! Especially behind 5 cars that don't even know yet what they want... I know what I want that's why I call in advance.... Not that it really saves anytime for me with 5 cars before me..... Get a new way for those of us who are on tight schedules could you please!! Ask Walmart or KFC...
Read moreMy husband and I have been coming to this location for years ever since we moved to Auburn. The last few months the once great drinks we’d get from here has drastically declined. I understand accidents happen but it’s to the point that the last 10 drinks I’ve gotten from this location were partially or completely wrong. We recently started going to the Starbucks by the Outlet mall and the drinks have been great it’s just REALLY out of the way so today I convinced my husband to give this location another try and my drink wasn’t even a difficult one just a soy white mocha and what I ended up receiving was a soy mocha, or at least that’s what it said on the label, so I thought ok this is still ok and I took a drink and it was like just chocolate and water 😖 needless to say my husband just drove over to the one by the mall and got my drink as he doesn’t want to bother with this location again and hates confrontation. Other drinks they’ve messed up have been soy Royal English Breakfast latte, they’ve given me a London Fog, REBL where it was just tea/water with a splash of soy milk (lattes are not just splashes of milk 🙃), I’ve also received random incorrect teas and incorrect milk which is bad for people with...
Read moreI really hope that it was just a bad day because the reviews are generally positive of this location. I arrived in the late afternoon and it was not particularly busy and went through the drive-through. I ordered a grande iced lavender Matcha oat milk situation, and when I got up to the window, there was a moderate wait time, which is no problem, considering it’s Starbucks. The gentleman who was my cashier was very unfriendly, seemed almost exasperated when I asked for change for a five dollar bill so I could leave a tip. When I left, I felt the energy was overall kind of lacking, he didn’t tell me to have a good day or thank you, just handed me my drink and closed the window. This is not the experience I’ve had at most Starbucks; the employees are generally very happy and positive. Also my drink was terrible. I couldn’t taste any lavender and the Matcha was so thick it was gritty. The best part of the drink was the foam which was minimal. Of course I will go back, but if I’m paying seven dollars for a beverage, I want it to at least taste good or as advertised. Like I said, hopefully it was just a one off experience, but it was pretty...
