Starbucks — Restaurant in Auburn

The manager that worked on September 10th 2022 around 9-12pm needs to be fired!! I ordered a mobile pick up order, 2 trenta strawberry refreshers with no water, no ice and no Strawberries. Which I have ordered it that way for over 5 years from many different starbucks across the USA and never had a problem with my order. When my husband went to pick up my order she had both drinks sitting on the counter half way filled up and of course my husband asked why and she stated that's what he gets since he ordered no ice and no water and stated if he wanted them filled up he would have to buy a grande. She was so rude and had the worst attitude. Heard from one of the customers in there that she's always that way. So I'm guessing I'm not the only person whom has had a problem with her! MANAGERS CAN NOT MAKE UP THEIR ON RULES!! For one thing lady! I can't taste like you! I was in a car accident when I was 18 and damaged my nerves in my senses and can not taste or smell like you can, so in other words everything has to be strong for me to taste it!! So you need to stop being so rude to people when you don't know their situation!! But thank you to starbucks corporate for always trying to make the situation right and for refunding me my money from that horrible experience! I will continue to use starbucks but definitely not at...

Staff did not act enthused to be serving anyone except other employees who seemed to have just gotten off their shifts. The employee was not thrilled that I wanted to customize my drink and was constantly sighing. This location does not have protein and it’s located in a grocery store... when she told me they didn’t have it I said ok and she crushed the cup in her hand. I then decided I didn’t want anything at all. That’s pretty disappointing. I feel like this Starbucks location could use training and upkeep. I always try to give this location a second chance when I’m shopping but the employees attitude and slow pace makes it worth driving across town to the south...

I LOVE this place! The staff are awesome and friendly. If you go there enough, don't be surprised if they recognize you and begin to punch in your order! It's great. I love the atmosphere, the openness of the counter, the different seating places, etc. I just think the company could be heavier on the branding in the seating areas. Its never overly crowded and you don't have to worry about a drive thru. And I also love that I can relax here before or after shopping, and drink a coffee while...
