Iāve been coming to this location for the past two years and half, and I will not visit again starting from today. Hereās my experience.
Iāve been waiting for a pickup order for over 20 minutes, then I told the lady whoās making coffee that people who came after me already got their coffee and I havenāt got mine. The lady did not seem to care at all. I have to tell her AGAIN that I need my coffee, then she started to find my order from the system. After she found the order, she still did not start making my coffee. Now it has been half an hour since I came into the store. When I told another lady I need to speak to the manager, she simply told me sometimes this happens and ignored my request of seeing the manager. I have to tell her again that I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. I eventually complained to the store manager and the coffee is on the store. Thatās why I gave a two star instead of one star.
I understand that sometimes the pickup order might be forgotten when they are quite busy. But if the customer has let them know and the customer has been waiting, how can the employee just ignore the request? In this place, customer needs to reiterate the request otherwise they will just ignore you.

Got out of the bathroom and stood to wait for my grande btrsch frap. As Iām waiting it seemed as tho my order hadnāt been made or was even in the process until about 1 minute of me standing and looking lost & questioning like āhave they started making it yet?ā Then the girl with GREEN tips on her hair finally decides to look up and realize Iām standing there waiting for my order. Not only does she seem confused on how to make the order (which is a simple order Bc itās new and popular for the time being). She messes up on cup 1 and decides to pour whatever she mixed out, she then attempted to use that same cup until she realized I was watching. She then goes to grab a second cup and proceeds to make the order. After it was made, she overfilled it! Expecting to quickly fix the overflow she grabs another cup to somehow catch the overflow (WHICH WAS A FAIL!) Hands me the sloppy cup (because presentation is everything from Starbucks) with a satisfied look and it was totally unacceptable! My nerves in my senses were damaged as a teen in a car accident, so everything has to be strong for me to taste it! I have ordered this drink the same way for over 5 years now all over the United States but this is the ONLY Location that has a problem with the way I order my drink! I always get the trenta strawberry refresher with no ice and no water! But this location will only fill my cup up half way and STILL PUT WATER IN IT LIKE I WANT NOTICE!!!!! My refresher is so light colored because of all the water they add! I have to pay for a trenta and get the quantity of a grande with water still added! Tell me how that makes sense! But thank you to corporate for always trying to make the situation right and refund me my money that I waste on a drink that is completely useless to me since I can't taste it!!!
