Something is wrong with the people that work their. I don't want to sound like an ahole, but don't know if they have a disability or what. I came in and waited for a couple to order in front of me. I ordered a simple toasted sandwich with everything on it. I said do I have time to run to the store next store? He said ya sure. There was a dude with pink hair and a chick with a nose ring. Last time I was here it took almost an hour to make my sandwich and there was 3 working. I came back from the store and the couple that had ordered before me were still waiting. It's been almost an hour and they got theirs and it's all messed up. I'm STILL WAITING for mine. The dude keeps telling people that come to pick up food that they were so packed, sorry. New employee, sorry. First of, they weren't packed. It's the same people waiting. Second, its the same employees as months ago. He just told me they are going to start working on it soon. Like dude what!?!? I'm hoping that the sandwich is ok for it taking this long. Both employees move slow af. Like slow motion slow. Like I said, I don't know if anything is wrong with them or they just don't like their job. Dude was polite, but if you want to waste your day, get your sandwich here. Ordered the Rueben with “daily soup” clam chowder. Went in at 12:15 only 1 other customer at the time. Got sandwich and asked about my soup - was told heating up and be right back. Finished my sandwich and still waiting for soup, finally came, took a spoon of soup and it was “ice cold” - had to get up and tell the “screwing around” employees that soup was cold. Had to wait other 15 mins for soup. While waiting a guy ordered a to go sandwich and soup and I sat and watch the employee dish up a cup of the same soup which was cold and give him the cup to go. Then another guy ordered the bread bowl with soup, again the same soup and the employee gave it to the guy and says to him when you get home you will need to reheat the soup. I don’t know why the problems today but with the same daily soup everyday, why is soup not heated, they had only been open for just over 1 hr and it’s raining outside so a no brainer your going to need soup. Very disappointed in the service and soup the sandwich was good but I ordered soup and sandwich for lunch not sandwich and then 1/2 hr later get cold soup my whole lunch took 1 1/2 hr....

This location has had issues with their soda machine for the last year. I ordered meals with sandwiches, chips and drinks. The diet drinks did not work. I was given "grief" when I wanted a re-fill on my soda and they had to give me another can that I didn't think I should have to pay for. I also ordered a grilled cheese for my daughter. When I have ordered that here, and at other locations, it's a warm sandwich with melted cheese. It wasn't heated. I went and asked if they could microwave it a little to melt the cheese and was told (very curt and blunt) "Next time tell us if you want it hot before you order it." The food was good, but for the amount I am paying for 4 sandwiches I would expect a bit more in the service. Staff was not warm and...
