Update (2023) The owner provided great service after my review and the service has been great repeatedly.

I love this place typically but today left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m a consistent supporter and I love coming here. Today though, I ordered a breakfast plate and was given something different than what I ordered. When I came back in to ask about my order, I was informed that they were out of what I ordered so the lady cook just gave me something different instead. I was not told this prior to ordering however. The front counter lady then continued to try and get me to accept the plate that the lady cook made me. I would not and she eventually stated that it would take the lady cook 10 minutes to actually complete my order. The front counter lady then wanted to know would I be willing to wait. That shocked me bc I was clearly lied to from the beginning about them being “out” of what I ordered. It then took 20 minutes for my reorder to be completed and it still wasn’t completely correct. I did not even go back in after that. To add, another person was there with a messed up order as well. If I had the energy, I would have asked for a refund and left. It’s unfortunate how unprofessional this transaction was. Smh but I won’t let this one transaction keep me from supporting. I ordered from TigertownToGo and maybe I would’ve had a better experience ordering in, but I don’t think I’ll try them again. I gave them two stars due to the fact that the chicken tenders were delish and the food arrived fast. When I got my food my fries were cold VERY OLD and very hard. It tasted like just potato skin, no potato. I ordered three hot and one sweet heat since there was a minimum order for delivery, but you can clearly see here one hot and three sweet heat. The wings barely had sauce, but that’s just a preference of mine to have more sauce. I feel like since I ordered delivery they just gave me anything. There’s so many wing places around here, so I’d just stick to what you know vs trying here unless you’re going to get...

I will totally try them again because I'm hopeful that the second time will be better. I gave 2 stars because you can tell by the flavor that the meal was supposed to be good HOWEVER, i was disappointed that 2 containers with the fries were stale and crunchy as if twice fried and one was fresh. Also, out of the 30 wings, there were at least 12 that were jerky hard... again as if refried. I understood that it was late night (we didn't make it until 7:30 and they close at 8pm) but my expectation was so high after reading reviews and hearing word of mouth reviews around Auburn.
