Wendy's — Restaurant in Auburn

There were 4 of us. I didnt like the visit from the begining, personally.... Because... At the order box, we had 2 seperate orders but they told us we could only do one order in drive thru. Which made no sense because we still ordered the same thing. The same thing would have been ordered regardless of how many orders we could have ordered or not. We got to the window. The gay dude at the Food window, gave us half our order and our deinks was just sitting there, i waa wondering how long it was gone take dor him to give it to us... While we were waiting the window was open and flies were flying around the window INSIDE the restaurant. I understand its hot, you just cant avoid them, it is the summer time and they are everywhere. But please be more consideeate of my food... I seen a couple flies land on the top of my strawberry lemonade cup where the straw goes, they was just crawling on it. He walked away from the window the rest of our order I guess and i was trying to fan the flies off my cup but of course I was too far from it so when he was getting ready to pass us our drinks, I nicely asked for another lid for my cup becauss flies werw crawling on it and i am not ok with that.... The dude get a attitude like its taking money out his check or like i cussed him out And say, "well they got to go somwhere, they gone be in here, cant keep them from being here or flying around"... I told him Thank you so much and i told my friends i would not be ordering from there again. I think he should have passed us our drinks instead of it just sitting on the counter... I didnt like...

This pains me to write because I love Wendy's...just not this Wendy's. We are new in town, and this is the closest Wendy's to us. They apparently don't do dine-in, or at least it's always been locked whenever we've tried. After attempting dine-in on a couple different occasions we eventually thought whatever, we'll just do the drive thru. First time we did drive thru was kinda slow, and then when they gave us our food they were missing one of our burgers...and we had only ordered two burgers. We didn't even notice one was missing until we brought it home and we didn't have time to go back so I didn't bother calling the store (they probably would've given us our missing burger had we gone back...but I don't know...it still would've been very inconvenient). And then there was today. The drive thru was slooooooww. One of the slowest lines I've ever been in. I saw at least three cars leave the line it was that slow, and eventually we left the line too because we had a pizza that was getting cold. We picked up Sonic instead and it was way faster. I've had nothing but bad experiences with this Wendy's location, and we've gone several times now. There are a lot of other fast food places on this street...they are all probably better choices than...

Cash ONLY soooo we Ordered two Bacon double stacks Biggie Bags With two large sweet teas 1st window the older lady was very nice But didn’t receive receipt Thankfully I scanned my app Anyways Fries tastes like they were re dropped or someone left them cooking two long Bacon Double Stacks had No bacon!! Neither one of them.. We sat in line for a good 20mins Oan we literally watched the lady @ the second window fix our drinks Out of sweet tea after the 1st cup she went and put coke/water in the other cup Didn’t think anything of it until we got our orde pulled off checked our food just to realize that cup was ours second Sweet Tea cup Ok so went back sat in line for 30mins this time just to be told that we didn’t get charged for what we ordered and that it was Sweet tea but from the drink machine 😒 yea ok But it was the ATTITUDE FOR me tho From both the older lady @the 1st window that I thought was so sweet @1st and the lady @ the second...
