AMAZING!! Everytime I come into town everyone is always friendly and coffee is always perfect. Dounuts are always 'classic' lobe the cake dounuts. They are the only dounuts I will eat!! I will have to change my last review. It has been over a year since I have been back. This store was amazing! I would be in town for a week or so and it was on my priority to go every morning with my Son. I am from SC and this was my treat and we would spend close to $30 a day with my treat and making memories. I came in this past weekend for for my visit and it was HORIBLE TRUELY HORIBLE. I order our usual 4 large coffees, donuts, breakfast sandwich. And sitting in the pickup line for 15 + minutes the gentleman in front of us was holding a bag waiting for his order and when he realized he had the wrong bag, that he ate the hash browns out of it. (Our order with a breakfast sanwich) set it back down grabbed his and walked out. When brought to the attention of the line, we were looked at like(here is your order which sat for 15 plus minutes. When we recieved our drinks they tasted like they used the water from the rinsed coffee pot. It had no coffee flavor just cream and sugar water with watered sogging whipped cream. The fruit drink was also flavored water. I was so disappointed as this has been al tradition since my son moved to Aurburndale over 7 years ago. I know my couple of hundred dollars I spend in my week long list is nothing to the store as a whole but it is alot to me in this economy. I would have been okay if the front line server would have offered some type of restitution when the issue was brought to het attention but I was ignored and she went to the next customer. Read moreMy bf and I decided to stop at this location for a quick bite, (September 9,2023 @around 12pm)we ordered 2 sausage ,egg and cheese croissants, a single order of hash rounds and grabbed a couple drinks from the self serve cooler next to the front counter of the establishment. We proceeded to wait MORE THAN 30 MINUTES for our order. The guy who took the order failed to realize that the payment had not gone through resulting in our “lost” order. When the , I assume, manager, asked who had taken an order that they had, there was no answer. Little did we know it was ours. We’re not ones to start any drama in any public space but trust me, I was very much tempted. That was around the 10 minute mark and seeing with how busy they were, I figured it was normal to be waiting but then customer after customer continued to order and leave with their purchases. Around almost 20 minutes in, my bf decides to go ask/talk to someone. They start communicating in the back about our order and how “that was the order I was asking you about” situation continued. That was the moment they told us the payment had not gone through so my bf continued to pay for the food, we waited another 10 minutes or so and finally got our order. The lady who helped the situation kindly gave him 2 donuts for the inconvenience but if I’m being honest , we should have gotten a FULL REFUND. There was even a moment where one of the other workers asked if another order was ours and we told her “no, we have the 2 croissants…etc” that was also between the 10 minute mark so regardless of everything ,TWO of those coworkers KNEW what our order was! Read moreI'm very disappointed in the service received at the Auburndale Dunkin Donuts today. I placed a mobile order for two iced coffees and a lemonade refresher. When we got to the drive thru we waited for a bit and weren't acknowledged so my husband said hello. Someone responded and said they would be with us shortly. A few minutes later a different person came over the speaker and asked how they could help us. Both people were unpleasant and acted as if we were bothering them by showing up to retrieve our order. We were told to pull up and when we got to the window we were handed the refresher which was fine and then the two coffees as well as a large cup that had ice in it with a lot of water at the bottom. We were told the ice in our drinks melted because "the drinks were made a while ago". We were there literally within five minutes of placing the order. There is no way the ice would have melted within five minutes. Also when placing the order I requested to have two Splenda added to one of the coffees. The coffee was very bitter. There was no sweetener whatsoever in the coffee. I always drink my coffee the same way so I can tell the difference. My husband went inside to ask if our coffees could be remade and was given an attitude by the manager. He explained what happened and she said that she had just made the drinks herself. If that were true why wouldn't the drinks have any ice in them and why would the other employee working the window hand us a large cup of ice. They didn't put ice in the drinks and then handed us a cup of ice expecting us to do it.
