Arby's — Restaurant in Augusta

Update: Yes I had a bad review because of an error in service. However, the owner reached out to me and fixed the issue. Thank you for taking your customer's complaints seriously.

Yesterday May 29th 2024 I went through the drive through to order 4 Classic Beef and cheddars and 1 LG curly and 1 LG crinkle fries. I drove the 30 minutes to my house and when my family opened their sandwiches found out that they only contained meat and bread. No Arby's sauce and No Cheddar. I called and spoke to the manager Charlie and explained the situation. I also explained that I was not given a receipt and there was no receipt in either of our two bags. He assured me that he would replace them with correct sandwiches if I would come by today because he would be there until 8pm. So I went today and he was not there, nor did he make any note that I had called. There was a very rude manager there that said she would do nothing unless I had a receipt. I won't be back anytime soon. It is 15 minutes from my job and 30 minutes from my house which is why I call when we found the mistake.

Edit: I followed the link provided by the owners. We will see if anything changes. I will update the review. I am encouraged by the rapid response.

Me and a friend called to make sure they were open because it was President's day and the woman over the phone seemed annoyed, but we went anyways. The food was pretty well priced. A medium buffalo sandwich and a medium 3 piece chicken tender meal was $7.69 each. So we get out food and after I sit down, I get up to get some ketchup and as luck would have it, I knock my mountain dew all over the floor and the back of my pantleg. Staff seemed extraordinarily annoyed with it, because god forbid a fast food worker has to mop up anything. Anyways one angry mop later and I can enjoy my food. As my first real experiance with Arby's, the food was good. The buffalo sandwich was exactly like what I get from McDonald's minus the bacon. The chicken tenders here we a bit better than McDonald's though. And the fries were also very good. And we got some magic coupons with our food as well which is pretty cool. Overall for a fast food restaurant, I'd give it maybe a 3.7/5. Wasn't amazing but the fries did taste pretty good. Service gets a very well deserved 2/5. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe today was just a bad day. Who knows, maybe someone just before me also spilled soda all over their floor and must now resort to driving 45 minutes home with...

We ordered chicken tenders and curly fries for my pregnant daughter cause she was with us and the spices gave her heart burn so she didn't eat much of it. But they didn't give her any ketchup or salt for the fries. Her dad ordered a roast beef sandwich and he is the one that wanted to go to Arby's so bad. He ordered the sandwich and started to eat it after we left and realized there was no Arby's sauce on it or mayo or anything else. It was roast beef on a bun. That's it. He really wanted the sauce on it and he's ordered it before and it always came with sauce on it so he didn't think to make sure. He thought they all did. Which this one didn't say a plain roast beef sandwich with no sauce. So no one would've known it. That came to almost $20 with just these three things. It was a medium size fry and 3 or 4 piece tender. They put no ketchup in the bag for the fries which any fast food place that sells fries should throw some in the bag automatically. Even McDonald's throws some in there. So yeah, we won't be going back any time soon. To expensive for what we got and the food...
