Waited a good 5-7 minutes before even being acknowledged. Seems like the staff is poorly trained, or just not following safe standards. Had to ask person making our ice cream treat to change his gloves (he put them on before he even took our order and was touching his head set, the POS screen/surroundings and even his face while taking our order. He didnāt bother to wash his hands between changing his gloves, nor did he wash them prior to putting them on in the first place. There was also a bottle of cleaning spray on the counter near/where food is being stored/prepared (that was set down by another employee, while our food was being made) and nobody made an effort to move it, even the woman who looked to be the manager, who was not attentive to anyone but herself, bothered to move it the entire time our food was being made and she was near it or right in front of it numerous times. The Employee who helped us (Johnny) was very kind and professional, he seemed very young and did state he had only been working there for around one month, so Iām assuming that would be why he was not aware of proper use/wearing of gloves and food safety rules/regulations, I think he just needs more training, and also training - most definitely for the other team members AND management. Restaurant couldāve been cleaner/tidier, was not put together very nicely, everything seemed kind of in a disarray/messy, which in turn makes it look like itās not very clean - and thatās for the restaurant, as a whole- from behind the line/counter to the lobby. The experience I had with Baskin-Robbins was not professional. I ordered two ice cream bowls through Uber. 1 hour and 3 drivers later, an Uber driver informs me that they didn't have the ingredients to make one of the bowls. I asked why Baskin-Robbins did not contact me sooner to cancel the order, but an anonymous Baskin-Robbins worker became impatient, but offered to make a regular sundae instead. I declined and requested a refund. The Uber informed me that I would have to cancel on my end. In the process of me canceling the order, another driver picked up the order, so I informed them of the substitute order. However, the Baskin-Robbins worker refused to make the order, claiming that I had an attitude with them. My UberEats driver considered them unprofessional based on how they were handling the situation from her perspective. Fortunately, I did not have to deal with this situation in person, as it could have gone differently. I will not be using this location's services...
