While I love stores like these and their products the female staff is always extremely rude to me but beyond nice to my guy friends or boyfriend. This is the fourth time (not an isolated incident) this has happened to me. They will say hello to everyone else except for me, they roll their eyes when I walk in, they don’t speak to me, they sit on the counter and continue to ignore me while I’m just trying to check out. I’m the customer, not my boyfriend and it would be nice to have been greeted or even spoken to without an attitude. Wow. Horrible experience! Must have been the kids first job. I hope. Came in for some Birkenstocks for the wife. Limited selection. What they did have was a bunch of rejects with glue all over the heels. He said "they all come that way." Like no biggie. Also said that they swap the display shoes out all the time.
