Unfortunately there is no option for a 0 star. I went on my lunch break today to get a whopper as part of the TMobile tuesday. The "lady" who took my order didn't want to help me at all. I had to download the BK app. When I finally got the code, the "lady" who was extremely rude told me she didn't have time to void my order because I didnt tell her I wanted to use the TMobile coupon. She started arguing with me that I did not tell her even when she said a couple of minutes before they did not have anything to do with TMobile and I had to figure it out by myself. When I asked her if she did not recall our conversation she left and left me talking to myself. I asked the next member who came to help me who was the manager and she answered the other one was the manager. I asked her name and she refused to tell me. So I stayed at the drive thru. Then the "manager" came back to the employee screaming what did I want? So she said her name was Mary, probably a lie. I guess she forgot she is going to be a customer somewhere else. I will never come back to that store. If the manager is that rude and not able to perform her title what can I expect from the crew. But after the guaranteed flack and severe attitudes and the overall lousy experience, I'd say today was where my patience has completely run out. I'm on my hour lunch break. And if I had enough time to drive back up there to get what they forgot to put in my bag, I would. The lady at the window had a very long line. The longest I've seen in a very long time. I don't recognize her. Maybe new. The lady infront of me left the food she ordered and just drove off. Which seemed to amuse the cashier. Meanwhile she's moving with ZERO urgency as if she's got all the time in the world. She finally grabs my back after having to dig through a dozen other bags sitting there trying to figure out which one was mine. When I finally get my order, which was missing stuff, the main sandwich had uncooked bacon. Delicious. Total waste of time and money. That lady whomever she is, needs a different position. My kids and I had an order for two whopper junior meals, long sstory short the order got messed up and two people at different times told me I could come pick it up.
