KFC — Restaurant in Augusta

We pulled up to drive thru...DURING BUSINESS HOURS. As soon as we pull up to order, we are met with the cashier screaming at the the top of her lungs, "WE AINT GOT NO CHICKEN AND NO (something inaudible)...so I say excuse me? ...She yells even louder (not sure how that was even possible), "WE AINT GOT NO CHICKEN AND WE AINT GOT NO (inaudible). I was completely flabbergasted. So I ask, do you have any pot pies....she screams, "NAW I JUST SOLD THE LAST TWO....ANYTHING ELSE????" Then laughter erupts from a group of people. I pull around and slowly pass by the window. Low and behold its a huddle of teens and adults looking at something on a phone! WHILE on the clock...WHILE "working". They didnt even notice me sitting there......See, this is the result of mass hiring. You hire anyone, you get anyone. This used to be my absolute favorite location, but over the course of time, they have turned into just another fast food joint with inadequate, uncultured, and subpar employees. They are always out of SOMETHING (during business hrs) or the order is WRONG. Someone is ALWAYS on the phone, including the supervisor, lol. The eat and drink in your face and sometimes you can't even understand wth they are saying. Who is the general manager? The territory manager? Who is responsible for making sure their stores are CLEAN and staffed with decent individuals? I have spent a lot of money at this establishment. I pass by another location just to get to one. But never again. I might as well go to the one that's closer since they are now equivalent in service. Smh...just sad and...

First time here, went through the drive-thru and was very impressed with the service, they made me feel so welcome from the drive-thru up until the window. The food was hot and very fresh and the presentation was on point. I will be going here more often :)

Update: Still good service but the last time my order was a nightmare! I went there as soon as they opened and ordered my favorite the Nashville hot chicken strip meal, asked for extra sauce and pickles. Someone put all my food in one container, sauce everywhere!! In the bag, on my biscuit which was hard as my knuckles, on my fries and I didn’t get the extra pickles. Once I got home and looked in my bag I was furious! I tried calling but no one never answered so I decided to do the survey on my receipt which asked would you like a call back to discuss my experience…no one never called. I am so disappointed and I won’t be returning to any KFC 😐 thank you for ruining my joy of those delicious chicken strips but I can...

I applied for this job and I had a virtual interview along with taking a drug test. Afterwards I got the job. They gave me my uniform immediately and I took the computer training the next day there!!! I arrived there in the morning for my first day of work. The manger wasn’t there so I sat in the break room until she arrived. 2 hours later I was bored just sitting down waiting for the manager so I asked a worker when she’ll be here and they said soon, so I just looked around so I’ll get familiar with the layout. I sat back down in the break room and the manager still hasn’t arrived…I waited 4-5 hours and she finally came. I asked her when she will train me and she said “today is not a good day can you come back tomorrow?” Right there and then I just knew that wasn’t the job for me.
