Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Augusta

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! WHAT THE ENTIRE HELL IS THIS? SO YOU CALLED YOURSELF FILLING A DOUGHNUT???? WHERE IS THE FILLING. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND NEITHER WILL ANYONE ELSE BY THE TIME I FINISH WITH YOU. I HAD TO RETURN THEM AND GET MY MONEY REFUNDED. WE ARE GOOD AND DONE!!!! THEY SAID THEY ARE FILLED AT THE PEACH ORCHARD ROAD LOCATION. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT...I GUESS THIS IS SOMETHING NEW. I HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN MY ORDERS "FILLED TO ORDER". NOPE NOPE AND NOPE!!!! I SLICED THEM OPEN TO FIND ABSOLUTELY NO FILLING!!!!! GO RIP SOMEONE ELSE OFF!!!! IT WILL NOT BE ME. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS LOCATION TO THE STATE OF GEORGIA BUSINESS AND LICENSING DIVISION AND THE BBB FOR FRAUD. I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!!! I CALLED THE PEACH ORCHARD LOCATION AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT AFTER TELLING ME SHE COULD NOT CONFIRM WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS HER STORE THAT MADE THEM BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT THERE IN THE MORNING. SO STEAL $14 FROM ME????? DATE AND TIME OF RETURN 06/11/25 AT 5:20PM. AGAIN, THE SUPERVISOR THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE AND REFUSED TO ACCOMODATE AT THE PEACH ORCHARD ROAD LOCATION ALSO HUNG UP IN MY FACE....I CALLED THE PEACH ORCHARD LOCATION AROUND 5:45/50 PM ON THE SAME DAY. WHATEVER SUPERVISER WAS ON DUTY AT THAT TIME DID NOT CARE AND HUNG UP ON ME. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS? THIS IS WHAT YOU GET OUT HERE....RUDENESS AFTER YOU...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The hot sign doesn’t mean they’re hot. Some staff seems high at times. No customer service. ESPECIALLY Not friendly service. They always seem so put out that they have to do their job. If you don’t like working there, there are TONS of other places hiring. We have been several times and were told they were out of certain donuts yet when we pull to the window to pay, that was definitely not the case. I call them out on it every time. Employees feel their cellphones are more important than serving customers(which is their job). We went through the drive through, were the only ones in drive through and one customer inside. There were 3 employees checking out one customer(pictures) and two in drive through. The picture is after the customer walked away and just before the girl in the middle held up her phone and started dancing. The one taking orders for drive through had to finish whatever she was doing on her cellphone before she could do her job and take our order. When driving by I’ll see them outside smoking and just hanging out.

This place needs a major overhaul or it may lose a lot of business due to the lack of care/customer service. A few times they just gave us a dozen donuts for free...

I'm only giving them a one star for several reasons number one starting with my wife and I have went to the drive-thru with the Hot donut sign on and you are supposed to get free donuts sometimes you can and then sometimes you get this particular lady that will not give you free donuts and has to speak to the manager and has a very rude attitude about everything which on that note the manager did not correct nor apologize for their customer service skills would be number two they are very poor and they have an overall air of they don't care and next would be the quality of the donuts has taken a dramatic dive if you get anything that's good I applaud you because 9 out of 10 times that we've been there well let's be frank the donuts sucked and it's just not what you expect out of Krispy Kreme and I grew up with this particular Krispy Kreme and I think the quality is the poorest it's ever been it'll be a while until I go back unless something changes they definitely need to get their...
