The barista taking our order was very rude. She was pushy and became frustrated when we weren't quite ready to order. Copper Spoon is such a convienent coffee shop right in the heart of University Hospital! I love the yummy ready to-go snacks, and it’s so nice that I can get my Starbucks fix whenever I visit there as well. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly, and I love all the different treats...
