Bojangles — Restaurant in Augusta

Made a mobile order arrived 20 minutes after and went through the drive thru, was told my order was not ready yet and I would need to go inside. I sent my boyfriend inside to get it and he was in there for 15 more minutes. Worse service I have ever had anywhere. They made it seem like they were short staffed and they had 6 people in there. My boyfriend said there was a group of 6 to 8 people who had been waiting for their food for 30 minutes and ended up just leaving empty handed even though they had paid. Do not recommend. There was one gentlemen working who seemed like he was the only one who cared about the customer service, other than him, this establishment was trash. My food was just sitting there under the lamp after multiple times saying we were waiting for it. Food was super cold and service was negligible. I stopped by to get a fried chicken sandwich with pimento cheese on it. I was excited to be able to get a sandwich with pimento cheese on it. I specifically ordered no lettuce and no tomato with mayonnaise on it too. The drive-thru worker repeated the order back to me. When I got my order there was no lettuce or tomato and it had mayonnaise on it. There was no pimento cheese on my sandwich. My receipt showed that they charged me for my pimento cheese. We also ordered chicken strips with honey mustard. That order was also repeated back. There was no honey mustard in the bag. It was a very simple order. The worker at the window repeated everything back to me. They still messed up my order. I Don't know if I'll be going back anytime soon. My suggestion would be for the workers to double check their orders before handing them out the window to the customers. i came here at around 9:40 today and tried ordering through the drive through and the man taking our order couldn’t really hear us, so i proceeded to talk louder and was not yelling on purpose, they genuinely couldn’t hear me. the man then yelled back at me in a mockingly way and told me the total in the middle of me ordering. i was extremely confused but kept ordering. then another girl came on the headset and told me i'm too loud. after thinking for a minute i genuinely thought they would spit in my food or something and i didn’t want to risk having to deal with anything more negative so i left the line. i went to the other bojangles and mind you, they always yell over the speaker so i have to speak loudly back because they can never hear either😭. i haven’t had an experience like this at a drive through before. i work at fast food myself so I'm just...
