Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Augusta

At this point, this place needs to be closed down. Reading all of these recent reviews tells me I’m not the only one who had a terrible experience.

Monday evening I called this place multiple times hoping to order dinner for my kids ahead of time. No answer at all. I decided to go and order a pizza. There were only two people working in there. The front person who takes orders, was on her personal phone speaking to someone through her AirPods. She seen me waiting to order and ignored me for several minutes. She takes my order, cashes me out and hands me a cheese pizza from the warmer. Only to get home and notice it’s a thin crust with burnt cheese. Not even a full thin crust, it was lopsided. Whatever, I thought no worse of it and still enjoyed dinner with my kids. We ended up getting food poisoning. It started with my son first vomiting later that evening. Then my 1 year old woke up throwing up at 3am. Then it hit me around 6am. It is now Thursday and we are finally getting over it! This is absolutely disgusting! Either someone didn’t wash their hands when preparing that pizza or they don’t clean surfaces/utensils thoroughly. If you ever had food poisoning, you know that it is one of the worst feelings ever. I always order online since the pandemic. They really need to improve their service to people who order online, especially this location! They NEVER include napkins, EVER! They discontinued all condiments at this location. Half of the time I've ordered, the crust on my regular hand tossed pizza is completely flat, overbaked, under baked, or cheese and ingredients are completely stuck to the box and/or halfway slid off the pizza. Just a hot mess! If you have an online order, why not just put some napkins in a bag on top of your order so the delivery person does not forget the drink or napkins! Basic customer service is all we ask...and to get making a simple pizza correctly! Your not giving them away, WE are paying for them!!! And why are you charging $7 for a one (regular) ingredient pizza and $6 for a Most Bestest (double ingredient) pizza?! Don't give me the excuse that you have to take more time to make an special request pizza, it takes the same amount of time to make ANY one ingredient pizza. That, is stright up nickel and dimming people!...

I genuinely feel sorry for any of the employees who have to work with the manager who was on duty tonight, Friday 7/10/21. I ordered online and the young man working there was very helpful, he seemed to be the only one doing anything to help customers. The entire time I was in the store, about 10 minutes, the female manager had her headphones on and was talking away on her phone while simply ignoring customers. One customer asked her if it was too late to order a pizza and wasn't even acknowledged. The customer asked again and was rudely told by the manager she was busy counting down the register and would have to wait. Two other customers came in to order and we're also ignored by the manager who was at the counter. The male employee came from the back and helped them eventually. Apparently, the manager feels that a personal phone conversation is more important than taking care of customers who pay her salary.
