First time here and I really liked the vibrancy inside. When you first come in to the right is where you would place your food order, next to it is ice cream, and straight ahead is where you would pay. We ordered quesabirria…I will be honest, I personally did not like it. The consome was flavorless and the actual taco tasted very tomato ish…to where I did not taste the actual taco flavor. My daughters in the other hand, really enjoyed it. My oldest daughter had the Texas bowl, she stated that the shrimp, beef, and chicken were cooked well as well as it mixed well with the salsas…( be advised, the salsas are SPICY🌶 )…I also ordered the esquite and really enjoyed it, it was nice and warm and well portioned with all the toppings. I read reviews that the employees are rude and not attentive, however, that was not the case with us. We felt welcomed and everything was great. Another thing that I read and it is not true is something about the prices. When you look at the screen the prices are shown with taxes included. It also states that if you pay with cash you will save the fee from using your card. Overall I would say come in and make your own decision. Everyone’s tastebuds are not the same. nice establishment with different verities for you to be pleased!!!

1st timer. What a pleasant surprise. As you approach the restaurant, you can smell the amazing aroma of the Mexican cuisine. When I looked at the menu, there were so many selections that I had never seen before, and I didn't know what to order. I decided on the Quesabirria tacos (you get 3) with steak, and they did not disappoint. You have a choice of a corn or flour tortilla. I chose the corn tortilla. They dip the tortilla in this sauce and then throw it on the grill and sprinkle cheese on top. They let the cheese melt and then add the steak. It is then folded in half and put in the container for the next step, adding the toppings. I added cilantro, onions, jalapeños, and Pico. You have to pay extra for the Pico. The tacos are served with tortilla chips and a few sauces. The orange sauce is a spicy sauce, and the brown sauce is a consume. The white sauce is queso (it was a little too watered down for me). I was not a fan of the consume. The flavor of the Quesabirrias was amazing. I will definitely be going back. They also sell ice cream, baked goods, takis, and Mexican fruit cups. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and patient. She answered any questions i asked. The price is $$. It's like $18.00 for the Quesabirrias. 8.5 out of 10.

Update:im here atleast 1-2 a week for the birtia tacos and each time they are starting to taste different BASED ON THE PERSON ON THE GRILL...sometimes the meat is tough,or they dont put the consume..you tell them your unhappy and they kust continue checking you out. My price keeps changing AND NOW THEY CHARGE ME 1.06 FOR A SIDE CUP OF SOUR CREAM.IM BEGINNING TO NOT WANNA COME ANYMORE.....)--------Loved it.. many different menu options and very authentic.. this will be my go to spot.. I ordered quesabirria.. guava popsicle.. and had the strawberry cream fresca.(hope to get my favorite cucumber lime😉) I saw a review advising about the taxes...this is true.. there is a checkout for grilled food, you pay there... then you get to sides, drinks, treats, ice cream where you then PAY AGAIN for those items..taxed both times..this would be my only complaint. Otherwise it's super cute and they were very friendly. Very happy to have this spot.

I go here pretty often and the service is consistently… 4/5 stars on a good day but today was the worst service I have received. There is one shorter older lady there whom is very obviously predjudice with how she treat me each visit.

Today I went and someone wrote down my order because there was a line forming behind me. She told me to step aside and I will be called up when it is ready, that has NEVER happened. But I liked her effort with trying to manage the traffic and she took everyone’s order behind me.

As I wait for my order, I see they started on the other 4 peoples orders after me.. not sure if its cause they spoke Spanish or if they are regulars but difference in the treatment was very obvious. After starting all of their foods, I was called up to tell someone else my order because I guess my order was not worth reading on the paper to prepare like everyone else’s.

Everytime I have gone the employees act like they are scared to give lettuce and I have to constantly ask for more since I am getting it INSTEAD of rice. Lettuce is very cheap, but I think they have to cut it themselves and they just don’t want to have to keep doing it.

Also after putting beans on my salad the girl then proceeds to get more beans and let the juice drizzle over my food and I had to say that’s enough..(who wants bean juice drizzled on their salad like dressing?)That was really gross and made shell even more soggy than it would have been..

I do feel like there is some coaching that needs to be done on customer service. I will be editing the review after a...

It was my first and last time visiting this restaurant. I ordered chicken nachos, the cheese was so runny and milky that it all ran off my nacho tray to the actual serving tray. The worker said that she would take that tray and replace it. I specifically asked “do you want me to drain the nacho tray so that you don’t have to fix the nachos again?”, she responded sure. Once I started draining the nacho tray, she made a snarky comment “well, there’s goes all the cheese”. At this point, I’m annoyed but I let it go. I asked for a side of cheese and she charged me $3. I ask why should I pay $3 for a side of cheese and ALL of my cheese drained off the nachos? So she called what I assumed to be a manager. The manager said the only way they could take the $3 charge off was if I returned the side of cheese (that’s open, has been in my hands and had been sitting on my table already), and they gave me a smaller cup of cheese. Keep in mind, my nachos have just about no cheese on them at this point. Whatever, I returned the wasted product, received the smaller cup and went on to my table. Now, as I’m eating, they are talking in Spanish and literally staring at us, very rude to do to your customers. In all, it was my first and last time going to eat there. Also, the food wasn’t so bad, that’s why they...
