Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Augusta

I order their special which was wings, a large pizza, and cheese sticks. Additionally I order a mnt due 2 liter. The general manager dairy said that he would take care of the order when I called back after the delivery because the entire order was wrong. Dairy told me, "he would take care of my order the next time I called in. Tonight I called in and Dairy admitted to what he said to his employee and since he was not on shift and the error was not put into the system that they could not do anything about it tonight. I said that is fine and I continued with my order. When I tried to use my card it was declining. I told them I don't know why my balance is available. After I could not figure out why, I called back and stated I would pay with cash. When the order arrived all I had was change to pay for the order. When I gave the driver the change he refused to count it and went to leave with my pizza. I asked him what he was doing and is my cash not good enough? He threw the change down on the ground and gave me my pizza, with the threat of, "I will be back gangster" implying that he was going to come and harm me. With other verbal threats involved. To top all this off they still got my order wrong and did not deliver...

Ordered a carryout order just about 45 mins ago. I ordered a large specialty pizza with hot wings, cheesy bread, and a large Greek salad. I am not sure what happened but when a coworker of mine stopped to get the order when he arrived I immediately opened the pizza box to realize it was wrong. (Should have been half magnefico-pepperoni half spin-mush. I called the store to let them know plus they didn't send the cheesy bread, it looked to be reg bread sticks. The tomatoes on the salad looked old and felt old. The hot wings weren't crispy per request. I am so disappointed in the entire thing. When I called I asked a replacement be sent out if possible bc I just had someone go up there now since this is on them it would've been nice for them to come deliver the correct pizza 3 mins away but whomever I spoke to on the phone didn't seem interested in doing much to help the situation. He apologized but only offered a credit which I'm not interested in at all since I may never purchase Marcos pizza again. I then fed up asked for a refund. They only refunded the pizza and cheese sticks but the whole order was subpar. I totally feel like getting off work and dropping this wrong order...

Yeah.. never having tried Marco’s, and with a new location opening up relatively close, we thought we’d give it a try. Looking over their mailed menu, we thought their prices were comparatively high, but after all,.. advertised as “gourmet”, so we went for it to check ‘em out. Was not impressed at all. First of all, if you’re charging SIXTEEN DOLLARS for a MEDIUM sized pizza, it better knock our socks off, or at least meet or beat the competition.. and in our opinion, both failed. In addition, SURPRISE!.. there’s an automatic, UN-advertised charge of $2.75 for delivery. So when you add the pie price, plus tax, plus the delivery charge..you’re now at TWENTY-TWO dollars for a MEDIUM pizza!!!! That just nuts. And in the end, it really didn’t stand out from any one else. We’d gotten the cinnamon-squares too, and all I could think was , mann.. I wish I could get away with selling a hunk of pizza dough with a LITTLE! sugar and cinnamon and get away with nearly $5 each. We most likely will never order from them again.. Not BAD food,.. but definitely not a good value...
