I made a reservation and arrived on time and was seated promptly upon arrival. The waitress took our order and provided beverages. That's where the positives end. After waiting exactly 1 hour I asked the waitress for the status of our entrée's. She said she would ask the manager. 10 minutes later the manager strolls by our table, taps on it and say" yours is the next out" and keeps walking. 10 minutes later, we are presented with what I can only describe as burnt breaded meat slabs. Not slightly overcooked but burnt. I told the waitress and expressed our displeasure at having to wait nearly an hour and a half to be presented with burnt food. This was two of the three dishes we ordered. She apologized and said it would be removed from the bill which goes without saying. The part that really upset me about this entire experience is the managers nonchalant attitude. While waiting for the member of our party that did receive consumable food to finish, I called the manager over because the trash that was supposed to be taken away was still sitting on the table. She comes over, I show her the food, she comments " The waitress tols me. Yeah, it is a little dark" and apologies. So not only did she know about the fact that she had a dissatisfied party in her establishment and did nothing to acknowledge or address it until I called her over. She then downplayed the state of the dishes as "a little dark." It was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've endured in a very long time. I would not recommend this establishment.

Stopped by here for dinner after work around 6:30 , didn’t have a reservation so it was either the bar or outdoor patio. We opted for the patio, although was the sun was in my eyes. Calamari appetizer was excellent, very fresh & not over cooked. In fact the squid head was a tad undercooked. The chargrilled octopus was good & unique with the mixture of potato, sausage, veggies & red sauce. The side salad which came with the entrees was on point. My seafood pasta Bucatini Frutti di Mare was top notch. The fried soft shell crab at the top was money. It had shrimps, scallops, mussels, & salmon. Handmade pasta was on point - good texture. I would order it again. My wife had the salmon topped with a crab cake as the fish of the day entree. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Crab cake was a bit salty. I would trade the crab cake for that soft shell crab & order that salmon plate again. Portions were more than adequate. The homemade tiramisu cup was very good. Our server was excellent. 2 thumbs up. We will return with friends. Almost forgot, the bread was additive. We had second.

Some of the best Italian food we've ever had in the CSRA. The extensive wine list is broken down and color coded by Italian wine regions with a map and description of each region. They have Italian cocktails like spritzs and negronis. Then there is the food. The special Veal Osso Buco was souvied for 36 hours before being prepared (the marrow practically fell out of the bone). It was served with perfectly roasted veggies. The buccatini Fruiti Del Mar was an explosion of cioppino red sauce and seafood. And then for dessert. You will definitely want to order the homemade gelato flight. Also, the ricotta-mascapone cheese cake will literally make you take a moment to respond. It's so good. Our server, Megan, was wonderful and totally embraced how much we were nerding out over the wine region information and had amazing timing in coming out to check on us. The manager, Zach, also came out and spent a good bit talking with us about our experience. 100% will be back regularly and will be telling all of our friends!

Do not waste your time going here. I don't care that the place is loud, whatever, it's a restaurant. I DO care about the LONG @33 wait! I should have left as soon as the water coated my tongue. It did NOT taste like water. It was very bitter and seemed like it wanted to be carbonated but just wasn't. The drink I got was the Pandan Pina Colada mocktail. I didn't enjoy it. It had a milky almond taste to it. My partner got a $15 drink and we assumed that it was free refills SIMPLY because our waitress came by and just grabbed the glass to refill it and then charged us ANOTHER $15 for it. The crab cake appetizer wasn't that bad, but i didn't enjoy the red sauce around it. My partner had the snails and it was all going well until it started tasting and feeling like DIRT! The calamari caesar salad was good. I didn't vibe that well with the dressing, but it was the best thing I had because the steak au poivre was not that good. I asked for medium rare, the bish was raw and the seasoning was off, didn't even have a proper crust, didn't even let it rest so blood was all up in that bish. The sauce wasn't all that. The food and LONG wait wasn't worth. And to top it all off, the tiramisu had ZERO coffee flavor, the lady fingers were off, and the temperature was lukewarm. Get outta here. As for the service goes, NOT GOOD, I don't understand why they overbooked the place if they can't maintain quality food and service. The couple next to us were having just as much a bad experience as we were. All the food just tasted like it was the cooks first time making it. OVERPRICED FOR MEDIOCRE FOOD. This place is taking advantage of the fact that it's in Augusta. There are better "fancy" places in Augusta to have a nice dinner. Cork and Flame, Craft and Vine, Frog Hollow Tavern, your actual HOME! Up charging to add vegetables to your pasta? GET OUTTA HERE! I wasted a good outfit thinking this place was going to be all that and it wasn't. I'm so glad I didn't waste more of my effort putting on a wig and press ons. Also, don't worry about that dress code. I was dressed to the nines while others were...you know. So wear them...

I've been waiting for this restaurant to open for 3 years now. Was so excited when I heard they'd opened. Everything was out of this world! The food....the service. I was blown away by all! We started with the escargot. It was so flavorful. Definitely recommend it! The dressing on the Caesar salad was in house made and the best I've ever had and the salad greens were mixed instead of just the typical romaine. Awesome! Both my husbands octopus sardine special of the day and my chicken marsala were spot on and needed no extra tweaking. We finished with tirmisu and Panna Cotta. What an ending done right!! I can't wait to come back and try something different. Thank you for your attention to detail. Update: I came in recently with my husband and Mom. The only dish with any flavor was the veal parmesan. When I come to a restaurant that has a Caesar salad I like to order it because of the dressing. When I asked if they had a small side Caesar she said yes and there was an upcharge. It was so bland there might as well have been no dressing whatsoever. And no parmesan. So imagine my surprise when I mentioned this to her and she tells me the difference between the house and Caesar was I had croutons on mine. (So that was 50c a crouton.) I also had to ask for salt and pepper because it's not on the table. I ordered the snail and octopus appetizer. You could tell the quality of the ingredients was very good but again no flavor. I think the chef is afraid of seasoning. My husbands pasta dish was equally as bland. When I go out to eat and especially when it costs about 50 bucks pp I expect better than what I make at home. It wasn't! I unfortunately...
