We went again on 5/20/24, we did just what you said (duh) and THAT GIRL REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK & REPEATEDLY INSISTED THAT THE ORDER WAS MADE PROPERLY..and it WAS NOT! As if we dont know what were talking about. I live in the neighborhood behind this place, so of course I've gone multiple times since it opened. She does NOT know what she's doing and I WILL say right now that she is an IDIOT and just rude!! FIX YOUR NEW STAFF!!!

I'm trying to figure out why they increased by $1, yet they're not filling the cups at all. It's like they're leaving space to add creamer to coffee or something. We went yesterday 4/22/24. Also, the service is always..weird.or...

I’m giving it a 2 because it was my first time there and I had a car full so 2/3 orders were made I ordered a regular size while kids got a kiddie size. When we got to the window everybody was given the same size cup a kiddie size , and I didn’t know the ice is served with out a top. He told me I should’ve ordered a flat top so I asked for a cup unfortunately they aren’t allowed to sale cups. Just left about 20 mins ago. Cashier was rude and overcharged me. I ordered the large with no ball, which means I'm supposed to get the avalanche size cup with no ball, which is clearly stated on the sign at the drive-thru window. However, she declared that's not how it works, and if I wanted the avalanche cup with no ball, I had to pay for the avalanche price. Sno cone was also lacking in syrup, and the top 25% was just ice.
