Service today compared to service previously is like night and day. I work on Post and so this is convenient for our office. Today I called in an order for pick up with all that is going on. I get to the store to pay and was informed it would be a 10 minute wait which was perfectly fine. Upon waiting outside, I see that I had been charged a delivery fee, and that is no big deal right. Now, upon waiting I observe that there is a sign that says no more than 2 customers in store at a time: There was a Richmond County Officer who had just walked in and then the ladies on the inside come over the little speaker system that they have set up and call two names and one of them sounded like Teddy and I wont name the other. Upon me and the other lady walking in with the RCO standing at the back of the store, the lady behind the counter immediately spoke up and stated "umm you in the blue shirt, you need to go back outside" I stated I was just called over the speaker system and told to come in and she then states no we called Kayla. I then stated I apologize it sounded like Teddy and she then states you can go outside and you don't have to be disrespectful". I looked at the officer and was like was I disrespectful and he just kind of grinned. I then informed her that they had charged me a delivery fee and she stated she doesn't have time to argue with me and I'm like huh. I left and went outside and not even 3 minutes later she came out and handed me a receipt and stated that she had refunded my order and that she doesn't have time for me. Bad Customer Service and...

Went today with an order of over $75 consisted of 3 piece catfish, 30 wings, chicken fried rice, bang bang shrimp. I ordered online and was told it would take 5 min after arrival for the food to be ready. Problem one food took way longer than five min to get ready almost 20 min. When our number was finally called to get the food the box that had the fish in it had a large hole and they left off the chicken fried rice. I asked for the fish to be placed in another box and for the rice I paid $10.99 for. Waited another 7 min for the rice to get ready and she hands me a box of cooked white rice with some vegetables thrown in it. I asked what is this I ordered chicken fried rice, showed her the ticket she proceeds to take the box back. Another 6 or so minutes pass and she brings back the same rice with a couple of grilled chicken breast thrown on top. I asked what is this? Is this supposed to be fried rice because nothing is fried about this. After saying yes it was and did we need anything else she brushed it off as no big deal. Got to the house and the wings are over cooked, bang bang shrimp was just some popcorn shrimp from Walmart doused in Buffalo sauce and the friend rice was so bland it was laughable!! We ordered dinner from here tonight and were highly disappointed. 😞 We were wanting fried fish and saw this place had great reviews even though it was a little far from us and it's not cheap we decided to try it. When we got home I realized we didn't get half of our order. Of course when you call you get attitude and no resolve. So If you're planning on eating here I would say Don't order online first of all. What they have listed online is not accurate. We ordered my daughter the butterfly shrimp with fries. They say it doesn't come with fries even though that's what their online order system says and my receipt taped to my bag. On top of everything else they just forgot to put on our plates. The food we did get wasn't very good either. The fish was rubbery and had no flavor. So I would say refrain from ordering from this place but if you do please check your order before you leave and make sure you have the other half of your food because you will be stuck and they won't care.
