I just want to share with all of you the very disrespectful and rude experience I went through today. I was at the drive thru and for some reason I said out loud “ Can I have a Venti Iced Coffee” and the girl at the other side said “We don’t have Venti here this ain’t Starbucks” in a rude tone. And I said “Did I say Venti, I’m sorry my bad. Can I have a large Iced coffee” I could hear several voices speaking through the drive thru speaker and the same voice said “No you can go to Starbucks, we’re better than them.”
I sat there for 5 seconds trying to process what I just heard and sped off. Trying to keep my composure and not tell off the drive thru person as I could see they were starring out of the window laughing. If i didn’t have my 8 month old baby with me, I would have told them off.
How about instead of playing with sarcasm, you treat your customers with respect, instead of giving snarky responses. Will not be returning, and I will be telling all my friends and family not to come here. And if you’re reading this, I would avoid this location at all costs.

Obviously issues arise and not a huge deal it's only a coffee drink after all. It is what happened next that leads me to leave the 1 star review.
