McDonald's — Restaurant in Aurora Township

Always long lines, ice cream machine is never working if you go after 7pm, 2 drive thru lanes but 2nd one is blocked off with cones most of the time, if it's not blocked off the same person is handling both sides so it makes no difference that there's 2 lanes, there's always something not working, worst McDonalds around i will post more pictures later on of how the line almost wraps around the building because service is too slow

June 5th, 2025 So my daughter asked me to bring McDonald's home and i was a few blocks away from getting home, i decided to pass by this McDonald's since it's like 3 blocks away from the house, i really try to avoid this McDonald's but it was convenient at the moment. I get to the window and i ask for 2 McDouble meals, well even though it's on the menu I'm told they don't have that any more, so i asked why is still on the menu and I'm told they don't know why, really? This is a multi billion dollar company and your telling me that they can't buy the technology to take something off their menu in an instant? It's an electronic menu board, i doubt there's no way to take something off the menu whether by management in house or by corporate, this McDonald's is the most ridiculous McDonald's I've ever been. As you can see it's been years since my original review and it was for a reason and i guess things haven't changed much. By the way after i told my daughter what they said she got on HER app and they still have it on line. Stay away if you can, i know it's close by and convenient, but that should not be reason for this McDonald's to lax on policies and service. There's a BK like 3 min away if you can make the drive it's worth the...

McDonald's is a well know restaurant that been out for years. But there food and menu has change a whole lot. And they need to change way they add all there ingredients. before was much better. Now they add all this hot and spicy seasoning to give food a hot kick in taste which is very bad because lots of people has health issues..and there sandwiches has hot spicy taste to. even the mcChicken sandwich. Has so much pepper at the end. And they always over kill the fries with to much salt.😠 and they definitely should bring back Hi-C orange drink back?👍 it's was just right smooth taste. Now they got fanta orange which is so strong and sweet in taste🤢..there whole menu is not good anymore.. I understand that lot of McDonald's is owned by Hispanics. That why the food is hot and spicy.. please turn it back to the old way..and lower your prices on the menu. Bring back the $1.00 menu. McDonald's used to be my favorite restaurant. But by all that change when they took out the Hi-C orange..👎👎👎and add all the kick heat to this food..that changes everything...everybody can't eat hot and spicy jalapeno taste.that will give you a cardiac arrest...

Terrible service unless you're Latino if you're white or black they treat you with less respect they also give you less quality of food and quantity I go to this McDonald's a lot because it's close to my home but if there was another option I would definitely take the other options if you're black or white you only have about 30 seconds to use the restroom before and tell you to leave now don't get me wrong don't get me wrong my wife is Mexican are white and Mexican so I have nothing against Latinos but if you've noticed there's not one white person or black person that works here I have sat inside and watched the manager do interview and she treated the white man doing the application and I could tell she wasn't going to give him the job I don't know what they got going on in there but they should have a variety of culture also I understand it is better and easier if they speak English and Spanish as employees meaning that a lot of blacks and white don't speak Spanish so it is harder for them to get the job here but everything can be taught it's making a sandwich or speaking words but every time I come in here...
