Arby's — Restaurant in Aurora

I guess my better judgment I thought I would try fast food I haven't ate Arby's in quite some time so on my way home wanted something simple so I pulled into the drive-through and I'm initially greeted by your drive-through person is calling me sir and then inform them I'm not a serve and they let me know. Well I can't see you I said no kidding but you should not address someone with a gender when you can't see them and you don't know, so then I pull forward for my two beef and cheddar originals on sale for 699 and proceeded to wait 5 to 7 minutes then I asked to pull around to the front it looks like they're trying to do shift change so I pull back and I order a kid size Jamoa shake when I get to the window to pay for it the young person there decides to argue with me that they have never had a kid size cup, and I said OK then, but then I asked when I ordered, it was asked to pull around to the front for extra extra sauce for the sandwiches. I look in my bag and there's three packs of sauce and I asked the young person and I please have extra sauce. What do you consider extra and I am proceeded to be interrogated about me asking for three packs of sauce for each sandwich for a total of six packs of sauce for two sandwiches and I had to wonder did he give me the sandwiches or did I just pay for them because I just got interrogated and salter telling that I've never had a kid size cup from Arby's and yet I've been eating at Arby's longer than this person looked to be alive on this earth was worse as I get the sandwiches and they're cold and extremely sloppy. We always enjoy coming here especially if we have Arby's corporate coupons. Often times we will dine in and then take an additional $30 or so of food home to eat later. We usually do not write reviews of places with many reviews prior. However, this visit was different and worth remarking. It all started with the fact that our current coupons had designed for a different sales region. The crew this day were somewhat understaffed for the amount of business being handled. Everyone there was polite and courteous despite being under stress and time pressure. We want to single out the shift manager, Stacy for particular praise. She made sure to honor the coupons we tendered despite the register not cooperating with her at all . I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Arby’s thanks to the outstanding service from Manager Jose and his amazing team, Yanel and Sarra. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect. Friendly, fast, and professional – you can tell they take pride in their work.

The food? Spot on. The Beef and Cheddar was everything I hoped for – warm, juicy roast beef with that tangy cheddar sauce and zesty red ranch on a soft onion roll. Classic Arby’s perfection. I also tried the Jalapeño Roast Beef Slider – a bold little sandwich with just the right kick of heat. Great flavor without being overpowering. And I was so excited to see the Potato Cakes back – crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Just like I remembered.

The restaurant itself was super clean – spotless tables, tidy counters, and well-maintained all around. You can really tell the whole team cares about the customer experience.
