I come here a lot, most of the workers are very kind and helpful. However there is one guy there, I never caught his name the only thing I can remember is the he has green ear gauges, who I have had a problem with. Once when I was ordering with him, he kept calling me sweatheart. Maybe he just calls all women that and didn’t mean anything by it, or maybe he meant it in a condescending way, but either way I do not like being called that by strangers so I politely asked if he could please not call me that. He apologized and stoped calling me sweatheart, and I had no problem with him since he stopped and respected my boundaries, so that was that. I came back today and I ordered in the drive through with a different worker while he was in the back making the food. While I was waiting at the window, I heard him talking rudely about me to his coworker because of the time I asked him not to call me sweatheart. It was a little strange just sitting there waiting while I heard him talking loudly about me, but I didn’t say anything. When I drove away I noticed that I was missing two sides of hash browns. I had a larger order so it was understandable. Since they where pretty close to closing and there was a line in the drive through, I wasn’t going to ask them to make them for me I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t charged for them. When I walked in to the store and tried to tell him (the same guy who was gossiping about me) I couldn’t even get a sentence out before he started basically screaming back my order to me. I said yes that’s correct, but I ordered hash browns with two of the sandwiches and I just wanted to know if I was charged. He turned around and started aggressively making the sides of hash browns while rambling off in a rude and passive aggressive way. I can’t even remember all that he said because I was so shocked, and even his coworker seemed uncomfortable. He was so angry his face started turning red. As I was walking out he was still basically going off at me in that same passive aggressive way. Maybe he was having a bad day, I get it, I also work in customer service. But I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable by a worker before, and I never would have thought to write a negative review about anyone. However I think this should be brought to...

ELODIE — and all of her exceptionally well trained and very hard working staff — always “go well beyond the call of duty” to provide EXCELLENT customer service.
I lost track of time today and suddenly realized that it was close to Einstein’s afternoon closing time. I called ELODIE and asked if she could keep the store open until I arrived since I’d really been counting on buying certain Einstein items.
ELODIE was very happy to honor my request. I really appreciate ELODIE’s kindness, thoughtfulness and EXEMPLARY customer service.
Here I am AGAIN (it’s Thursday 4/6/2023) giving another GREAT review to JACKSON, one of the very dedicated, hard working & kind employees at Einstein’s 2250 South Parker Road Denver 80231 store!
I REALLY LOVE this Einstein location due to the store’s OUTSTANDING employees and WONDERFUL manager ELODIE.
Every time I come to this Einstein location employees are EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, VERY KIND, HIGHLY CONSCIENTIOUS, VERY HARD WORKING and a PLEASURE to meet.
It’s not easy working at a fast paced Einstein’s store. So many customers expect to receive immediate and fast service, even when the store is crowded.
But employees at this Einstein location CONSISTENTLY TREAT ALL OF THEIR MANY LOCAL CUSTOMERS...

Sunday morning about 11:00 am I pulled into the drive through to grab a couple breakfast sandwiches. The line was fairly long so I expected a bit of a wait. I turned off the car rather than sit idling. After a few minutes the line moved forward so I started my car and rolled up. Being optimistic, I left the car idling. My gas light came on. Okay, I’m a little worried but I should be fine. I pull up to the speaker and the attendant says he’ll be right with me. So I wait. Somewhere between 5-10 minutes later, he returns, apologizing because he had to reboot the system. I place my order knowing my sandwich will be in my hands soon. As I make the turn and am about 3 cars back from the window it occurs to me that I am almost out of gas. The line isn’t moving and I’m worried about running out of gas. When there is only one car left in front of me I noticed that my car is telling me I have been idling in line for over 40 minutes! At the window, the attendant told my there would be no charge for my order due to the wait. That’s when I could see the staff starting to assemble my order. Total time to get 2 bagel sandwiches ordered straight off the menu, 55 minutes. Not exactly fast food. While waiting at the window it was easy to see behind the counter. The floor was covered with trash. I watched as staff swept a handful of shredded cheese off the prep area and on the the floor. Unfortunately, this is all fairly common at the location. If you opt to drive through, make sure you have a book to read while waiting and plenty of gas to idle...
