Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Aurora

I had to throw my breakfast burger by go away because they put ketchup on it last week. This really bothers me since I love Carls jr and now I feel like i cant enjoy it and its 2blocks from my house, 1st off Why is it mandatory that you're putting ketchup on eggs I don't understand that alone but I went back again today November 12th 2023 to give them a second chance, the benefit of the doubt told them No Ketchup some reason they all gathered up while they was making my food looking up laughing and smiling I'm ugly I'm not attractive at all so I don't know the lady who took the money is back there helping them make the food and then when she brings me my bag the cook walks by smiling and says have a nice day, please Somebody explain why it seems like theyre sabotaging food at this new restaurant who hasn't even been open 2 months so they're not making me feel comfortable I ask them why are you laughing and giggling so much and they say why we can't laugh and giggle and I understand that meaning too but at the same time it looks like you're tampering with my food it don't take three people to make one burger and not put ketchup on it maybe I'm being sensitive to the fact but this is fast food and I just don't understand why I can't get what I ordered the first time and none of this would even happen if people would read what you're supposed to be reading correctly on the...

I ordered a burger at this Carl's Jr without bacon. Upon receiving my burger, I saw that it had bacon. When I notified the staff of the mistake, they proceeded to be rude. Naturally, instead of having them remake my burger, I requested a refund. I amnow awaiting the police to come make them refund me my money. This new voice recognition drive through system at this location doesn't work for me or for the community. It's inpersonal, doesn't understand order modifications and you end up having to talk to the cashier anyway. Also, Aurora, Colorado has a wide range of nationalities from Africa, the Middle East and Latin America and this system is not going to adapt to everyone's needs.
