Update. Chili's to Go. Ordered and picked up at restaurant. Just don't. Not sure why TO GO orders are the worst. Tonight's 2 cheeseburger orders were awful. Both burgers burnt, overcooked and cheese so melted it wasn't even there. Order ticket clearly says " street corn" yet got fries. This isn't the first time that's happened. So where is the quality in TO GO orders? Who dropped the ball, again? The kitchen? The server?? No one cares to check the order before putting the items in the bag?? Why are the burgers overcooked?? It sucks to get screwed when you order takeout! We're not far but we're NOT driving back. There needs to be accountability for every order whether in the restaurant or take out. It's not that complicated. So disappointing again and again. Money wasted!

Chili's to Go. JUST DON'T! Food was awful! Missing Corn on the Cob. Chicken Crispers?? hahahaha Just two small DRIED up like leather pieces. Dry rub ribs... Leather is softer. DRIED up over dried up. Not edible. Skimpy on fries. ONLY thing edible was the mushy garlic bread. This wasn't the first time CHILI'S TO GO sucked. Apparently they didn't care. Called Chili's. Blamed the leather meal on Doordash claiming cold food not their problem. I emphasized the food was not cold but hard like leather. NOT a Doordash issue. Spoke to manager, couldn't care less. Could not refund with order number. Needed last 4 of CC.... well paid with PayPal on Doordash App... Cannot issue 3rd party refund. Sooooo gotta request refund from them. So I learned... Don't order from Chili's To Go...not the 1st time food was crap deilvered.... but will definitely be the last...Don't pay with PayPal ...Cuz options don't work. Seriously shitty customer service. Management could have offered a gift card ?? Called Doordash to request refund??? Just overpriced food, overpriced fees. Wasted $37 incl tax/fees for ONE MEAL. We go to this Chili's in person a lot. Not anymore... this location has lost our business forever!

Previous review. Dine In only. For the first time in a long time, the food was spot on! Our burgers and salads with chicken were delicious. This particular Chili's location is hit or miss, mostly miss. It's close to home, so it's just convenient sometimes. Burgers are usually the best here. Salads are safe bet. Most memorable was our waitress, best and most attentive service here ever!!...

So it was a few days ago my embarrassment took place here. I come in on a Friday night to relax and watch football, eat good with my daughters at one of our favorite spots. Our waitress arrives…she seemed nice enough…maybe a tad frazzled, but nice. She asks what we’d like…youngest daughter a pop…oldest young adult daughter an adult beverage…I order a blue moon…this where things went south. I let her know I have a temporary driver license cuz my original was stolen when my car got broken into. She gets real weird now…almost unsure if I’m tryin to pull a fast one!!! I explain to her it’s legit…it’s given to us in Colorado to suffice until you get the actual license in the mail. I explain how I used it at the dispensary…the liquor store…APPLEBEES, all with no problems. Well sir I just had somethin like this happen last week and I can’t lose my job!!! Oookkk…I’m not pullin a fast one…let alone in front of & with my daughters!!! She goes to get the manager. This guy comes up…in front of a pretty packed restaurant…and my daughters, who were so annoyed and embarrassed like me!!! Takes my temporary and has me: State my name…spell it…then announce where my address is…in front of everyone!!! I do so reluctantly…after I “pass the test”…he apologizes but lets me know that those were necessary steps to assure they aren’t bein conned or duped cuz it’s happened before. I end up spendin a decent hundred dollars there, but myself and daughters never really enjoyed ourselves or recovered from that embarrassin moment. A temporary id isn’t uncommon round here. Makin people spell their name & spew their address in sucha embarrassin fashion is VERY uncommon. I’m still disgusted even...

Ordered: Ultimate Smoke House

The Bad: BRISKET and side of ranch was missing, the potentially best part of the meal was no where to be found 😢. I assumed the driver did not steal it as everything seemed sealed. Wish there was a tamper tape on the container so I know the driver didn’t touch it. So for now it is Chili’s mistake. Called and did speak to Jennifer who did try to refund my money and was not able to since I used a second party app. She will send my information to corporate and they decide how much should be refunded. Jennifer mentioned to contact DD and ask for a refund which I plan to do. That will cost me more time. I don’t understand where the quality control is when times are tough and you would assume a business would triple check something going out to a customer from a second party app. There is also a spot on the receipt to show who created the order and it is blank. No accountability, no responsibility just equals bad service here. Good luck if you choose not to visit the restaurant itself and use a delivery service. The employees do not seem to care enough to make sure the orders are correct. Disappointed.

Chicken: 3 small pieces that were good Sausage: not that great, tough to chew Fries: surprisingly hot and fresh Corn on the cob: was hot and fresh just extremely juicy with water as if it was soaking in a bath Garlic bread: tasty
