There was a lunch "rush" of four people, including me and my coworker.
The old man behind the counter took orders slowly and served us slowly. He made things one at a time, instead of stirring up ice cream while the turkey sandwich baked. 2/4 customers left because of the slow pace.
My coworker was weirded out by the color of her chicken sandwich--unappetizing.
My coworker ordered a dip cone, which she agreed to get after our meal. The employee was on the phone and turned away to trash a water cup as we approached the counter. Made his way back to the counter saying "I gotta go," on the phone.
Used the same bare hand from the phone to touch the cone, not just the paper. Dipped it once for a very thin, unimpressive coating.

I do not recommend...

It is important to remember that treating others disrespectfully is unnecessary and can greatly impact someone's day. We should always be mindful of the fact that we never truly know what someone may be going through. Instead, it is recommended to uplift and support others, as a simple act of kindness can make a significant difference in someone's day. Unfortunately, the negative experience with the rude employee has led me to the decision to never return to this establishment. I even went out of my way to tip the other employee separately, as he was decent and deserving of recognition for his service. Ice cream is supposed to make you feel better....
