My star deduction is for the corporate office more than this location. I am finished going to Taco Bell for good. I am a person of consistency. I am tired of the constant changing of the menu items. You finally find something you like and then the corporate office takes it away. Also, I have visited Taco Bells all across the nation and have noticed that they do not have consistency across their menu items from state to state let alone even in local regions with corporate vs franchise locations. I don't think I am alone in wanting to see a uniform menu and expecting all locations to provide the same experience when it comes to a large company like this. My other complaint is the new menu boards they have implemented. The Taco Bell experience is completely ruined with addition of these devices. Over the last 6 months every Taco Bell I have been to (close to 30 different locations accross 7 different states) has been a poor experience. I walk into the location and even if no one else is ordering I have to sit there for an average of 5 minutes before I am acknowledged. The staff no longer makes any effort to engage the customer. I literally entered multiple locations that, once they finally acknowledged me, told me if I wanted to order I would have to use the new menu board and do it myself. They completely refused to take my order. I don't want to be touching a nasty touch screen that 100 other people have used right before I eat.
Taco Bell Corporate - Your company will continue to make money regardless of how you treat the customers. It is obvious Taco Bell is established. I am just one person with a few complaints. Your company's decisions have resulted in the loss of...
Read moreIn the realm of fast-food cuisine, Taco Bell has often been dismissed as a purveyor of mere "pseudo-Mexican" fare, lacking the culinary depth and authenticity that discerning palates crave. However, I, Anton Ego, am not one to let preconceived notions cloud my judgment.
Upon entering Taco Bell, my skepticism lingered, but I was intrigued by the vibrant menu. The Crunchwrap Supreme, a creation that combines layers of seasoned beef, crispy tostada shell, warm tortilla, and creamy sauces, offered an unexpected symphony of textures and flavors. While it may never be mistaken for a traditional Mexican dish, it possesses a certain audacious charm.
The Doritos Locos Tacos, though unconventional in concept, displayed an audacious innovation. The marriage of a classic taco with the zesty tang of Doritos was a bold experiment that surprisingly delivered a satisfying crunch and a burst of cheesy indulgence.
Taco Bell's seasoned fries, dusted with a spicy blend, were a welcome departure from the usual fast-food fare. Their crispiness and seasoning hinted at a culinary artistry hidden beneath the surface.
While Taco Bell may not adhere to the traditional standards of Mexican cuisine, it dares to be different. Its audacity and willingness to push the boundaries of fast-food creativity should be commended. For those seeking a whimsical departure from convention, Taco Bell may just offer a surprising and enjoyable experience. As a critic, I am reminded that sometimes, even in the most unexpected places, there can be moments of...
Read moreI had just gotten off of a 12 hour shift. Decided i wanted my guilty pleasure (Taco Bell). I LOVE theyre quesaritos and DLT Tonight i got to the drive thru which was packed as usual but its a small price to pay to wait in line for great food. I ALWAYS ask for no shredded cheese on everything because im lactose and tolerant and just dont care for it all together. Which is also why i ALWAYS check my food at the window (yes, im that person) During the ordering process the attendant was distracted by her coworkers. To the point that she asked me several times to repeat what i said or asked. She put in everything correctly. The screen order was perfect. Then I sat in the drive thru tonight for 27 minutes. Only to have shredded cheese on everything in my order. I was very frustrated and exhausted from my day. I understand that they were busy but that doesnt justify the service i received after i told the attendant my issue. All she did was holler to the back line and talk back and forth for a couple minutes. I was offered nothing for the mistake, and im not one to send food back because i hate waste and couldnt handle thinking about them throwing it out. I was so annoyed that i just left. I wouldve been fine with a simple apology and done what i normally do (pick the cheese off) Im very upset with the service i got and wont be going back to this specific location. I worked at a taco bell and if my attendant put in the correct -NO CHEESE on all the items. Then it is the fault of the backline. Theres no...
