My parents and I came here for the first night of the three dollar burger night and we were seated pretty quickly. Our server, can’t remember her name but she was shorter and heavy set maybe twenty three or so, was rude about taking my whole order then left to put our order in. About five-ten minutes later she comes back saying she dropped her folder and she mixed up the burger orders and wanted to k ow which ones my parents had ordered then left again to put the order in. Forty minutes later, after all the people around us, of whom ordered right before us, were finished with their meals and paying for their tabs. Our waitress was nowhere to be found. My mom went to find the manager to ask where our food was and found her. The manager told us that she was the only manager tonight and she’s working the bar, she also only had two waitresses working. My mom came back and sat down. Five minutes later our food came out from our waitress and she asked if we needed anything else we said we were good thank you. The food we got, come to find out after she left, was waaaay over cooked by the way that we ordered our burgers. The bun was under the heat lamps so long, they broke apart all flakey like, my lettuce and onion was not given to me with my burger and my mom didn’t get cheese she asked for either. The waitress came by to check on us and we let her know what was wrong with our meals. The waitress was very rude and she argued with me about how I asked for my burger. She asked if I wanted my lettuce and onions looking at my burger that I’ve eaten partially and seeing the bun all fallen apart. I told her I didn’t see a need for it anymore thank you. She turned around and walked away briskly and we didn’t see her again. Another waitress that was much nicer and looked like she was doing her job and handling things very very professionally, asked us if we needed anything else and we just kindly asked for our tab. She said “Absolutely, right away!” She came right back with it and we left very upset about this experience. The manager and the second waitress were doing a wonderful job. Unfortunately the burgers we had were terrible and very disappointing indeed. I would caution anybody to tread carefully and make sure they understand what you expect from your food before they bring it out to you because otherwise it may show up all messed up and over cooked. We were not the only upset customers that had issues with the same waitress and the food coming from the kitchen. They were so understaffed that if you had a party of five or more, they were waiting they whole time we were there ate and left. I watched multiple groups of people leaving upset for not getting sat to enjoy $3 burgers. In all, my parents and I spent about an hour and twenty minutes there and I didn’t even finish my burger. Read moreThis is in regards to their catering. I planned my wedding 18 months in advance. In those 18 months I hired Famous Dave's based on my venue's preferred caterer list. Everyone I worked with was friendly but the service was absolutely terrible. In the beginning emails were sent back and forth and the menu decided. I made it clear no jalapenos in the mac and cheese(we had a lot of kids at our wedding and kids are weird about their food). I had reached out several times via email about this and was assured it would be correct. Had a 30 day walk through and again had to correct their proposal on the mac and cheese among a few other things (once it's entered into the computer, how does it change everytime you see it over a period of 18 months if no one touches it?) I was told someone will send you the final invoice for your review in a few days (2 weeks passed by and nothing) I call and leave a message. No return phone call. I call again and am told "Oh it did not get sent because we have no email on file for you" So your telephones don't work either to call me and get that so you can send it? In the contract it said they will confirm menu 7 days in advance and changes can be made up to 24 hours in advance. 6 days before wedding the final invoice is sent and it's WRONG again on the mac and cheese. Email says to please respond with your okay or any changes so I respond stating the mac and cheese is wrong again (I didn't notice that the one meat option was wrong as well--how does this happen?? -my bad though because I did not notice it) I never heard back in response to my email. I had a bad feeling before the wedding so I ask my planner to please call and verify that the mac n cheese was right and she calls and OOPS it's wrong and it's too late to make changes. Day of wedding- Food was great but not what I ordered and the catering staff brought no trash bags, stood on their phones in the kitchen the whole time, and gave attitude to my planner. Absolutely horrible service. Spoke to a manager a few days later who said "I'm writing everything down to send to corporate because this is just terrible". Get a call from regional manager next day who only knows about the mac and cheese being wrong and nothing else that went on so clearly she wasn't writing everything down. End of story.... Regional manager was amazing and gave us a huge discount and gift card to their restaurant. Read more2023 December, party of two. There was ample parking available. We were seated immediately, even without a reservation.
The service was good this time. Our server was attentive (though I regret that I have forgotten his name).
I have increased my review to four stars because of the excellent service we received.

We got seated right away. Our waitress introduced herself, but no one in our table could hear her soft voice.
Our drinks order was taken right away as well.
From there, everything didn't go very well. Our drinks came. It took a while for our server to come back so we can order an appetizer.
She then came back after about 15 minutes from the time we ordered our appetizers to get our main orders. After another 15 or so minutes, our appetizers came. We asked for soda refills and a pina colada. She came back after another 15 minutes to let us know that our order would soon come, but she didn't remember our sodas and the pina colada. We reminded her again. 10 minutes later, sodas came. No pina colada, so I said, just cancel the pina colada. She left and in 5 minutes served me my pina colada. I said again, that I canceled the pina colada. she took it away.
Our dinner came around 7:10pm. We asked for soda refills. She forgot again and had to be reminded again.
Our bill came, and she didn't take out the pina colada. She took it out after being reminded again.
The food was good, but we were also starving.
The service could definitely be improved. 2022-01, party of 6, with reservations.
We arrived on a Friday night. Lots of parking. Mask was enforced when u come in, but not when you are in your table. The facility was clean.
We have a reservation and were seated right away. Our drink order was taken and served promptly.
We ordered 2 appetizers, 4 adult meals, and 2 kids' meals. The food was all great. My birthday boy was given an ice cream for free. Service was good.
