I just had the most surreal experience. I have eaten at this location with my kids several times over the years. It’s never been amazing but never that bad. This time was different. The drive through line was insanely long. It was taking forever to even take orders. The guy in front of me sat for almost 8 minutes with no one even taking his order over the speaker. When I got to front of the line, I tried to order. The speaker was scratchy and I could hear what the dude on the other end was saying, so I slowly repeated my order. To which I got a response that I need to hold on. I asked for how long as I had already been in line for over 20 minutes and my kids, who where in the car with me where starting to lose patience. He told me that it would be 10 minutes. I told him that was not ok and that all the cars in line behind me had backed out and left. This is where my experience gets surreal. The guy (Carlos) on the end responded that I could go and F*^% myself. I thought there was no way I had heard that right, so I asked him to repeat himself. Which he did, with my kids in car. He made it very clear using the Fword several times telling me what I could do to myself. I of course not happy backed out of the drive through and went inside to speak to a manager. Carlos at first gave me a fake name until I saw his name tag and called him on it. I asked to talk to a manager and Carlos pointed to a red car parked in front of restaurant. I walked out and tapped in the window. The “general manager” rolled his window down enough for me to just see his eyes. I told him about my experience with Carlos. About this time Carlos walked out and the manager got of the car, grabbed him by the arm and pulled him back inside, like he was a child that had been caught doing some wrong. It was insane!!! I have never had a customer experience like it. I know everyone is on edge because of what’s gone on in the last year, but this was next...

Went to drive thru and ordered 6 soft 🌮, 6 hard beef tacos 🌮 and two epic Carne Asada burritos 🌯.
After having to repeat the order twice at the menu board had to repeat a third time at the window, and we still didn't get the burritos, they gave use Carne Asada fries. 12 tacos and two fries for $21.45.
Had to wait almost ten minutes for the incorrect order, went from window to parking lot to check order and went inside as the line at drive thru was long and not moving, took another 20 minutes to get our burritos but they couldn't correct the fries charges, so finally left at around 5:02, our original receipt was at 4:32. Needless to say fast food taco after 30 minutes are not good, whether it was the length of time or not they were cold.
They changed for their larger tacos and gave us the value ones, as you can see in the pictures are only twice the size of the sauce packets.
We asked for extra sauce packets and as you see in the pic, they gave us two.
While inside for almost 20 minutes dirty wrapping papers sat on the counter with staff and managers going back and forth.
Disgusting, place wasn't clean, never did get the correct order, no employee spoke clear enough English to correct our charges and the food was unedable. We stopped at MCDONALD'S on our way home and ate it. I'm going back tomorrow when I don't have the kids with me for a refund. I let you know...
Read moreLast night, I was literally in the drive through with 6 other cars for 45 minutes. It was unbelievable, and definitely not an exaggeration. I don't mind waiting 10 minutes in a drive through, but 45 minutes (without them even taking my order yet) is unbelievable. I would have left, but we were deadlocked, and couldn't back out. When I got to the window, the girl gave me a coupon for free food, but offered no explanation for the 45 minute wait. No discount or refund for the troubles either. Literally, people were getting out of their cars to see what was going on, but they locked the restaurant doors due to whatever was going on in the kitchen. I understand being understaffed, but there needs to be communication with customers. They could have sent someone to come to us cars who were there for 45 minutes and told us SOMETHING, and offered us something while we waited. They could have advised of the hold-up and had cars pull out and leave. I don't want the manager to be fired, because she is actually really sweet and I know how much stress and frustration can come out of having a bunch of employees call out and leave you to struggle with a HUGE dinner rush. Whoever the manager is, I hope she gets a raise and gets put in an office position at corporate so that she doesn't have to deal with this. Also, the girl at the window didn't even know the store's dollar menu when I asked her what was on it, which...
