Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Aurora

We placed a delivery order last week and once our ice cream arrived, I noticed they messed up my order and gave me double of the same thing. I was extremely disappointed as I was really looking forward to that chocolate-dipped strawberries ice cream. I immediately called and notified them of the mistake. Unfortunately, since I placed the order through door dash, the company refused to fix the mistake and send out another order. That being said, Cold Stone's manager and Sam took it upon themselves to make sure I was happy and Sam personally drove to my house to deliver my ice cream. Sam even included a hand written note apologizing for the mistake. Not only did they resolve the issue but they even gave me an upgraded size for free because of the mishap. DONT COME HERE I went today at 9:10 and I saw they closed at 9:30 so I didn’t think anything of it and we were standing there for 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged but whatever I proceed to order and the girl was pretty rude she seemed like she just wanted to push us out so I only needed up getting two bowls then the other girl working asked me what other thing I wanted and helped her out but I don’t understand how there could be a bunch of teenagers running a buisness without knowing how to properly do things. I’ve worked in customer service before and no matter what time they come in I have a smile on my face because it isn’t their fault. If I could give zero starts I would. Don’t come here. The ice cream is good as long as you get there before the girl cleaning the glass inadvertently sprays windex all over the cold stone. We walked in, and there were no other customers in the place. The tables were a mess, chairs everywhere. The 2 girls behind the glass sat and laughed with each other for easily 2 minutes before they acknowledged we were standing there. The only girl working was the one with the windex angrily spraying it everywhere while the other 4 girls stood around laughing. It was 9:30. The smell of windex filled the entire place.
