Our night was pretty much ruined. We called ahead and were told we didn’t need a reservation, but the whole experience was a mess. Our table was right next to a big one that was never cleaned—just sitting there all night with dirty dishes and rotting food.

The owner, who was also our server, was rude, arrogant, and incompetent. She made us feel like we were just a burden. It took an hour and a half to get our food, and when it finally came, it was mediocre—not worth the wait at all.

One person in our group has a food allergy and asked what dishes were safe, and the response was something like, “we didn’t expect anyone with an allergy.” Not helpful or reassuring at all. She had also ordered a side dish, and after waiting all that time, she was finally told they had run out of it. No heads-up, no apology.
