Read moreAmazing food with amazing service! They don't serve corn dogs anymore but I mainly visited for the ddukbokki and gimbap.
My partner ordered the chicken noodle soup, which came with kimchi and 2 rolls (filled with rice, radish, and carrots, topped with sesame seeds.) The soup broth was tasty, had a lot of shredded chicken pieces, with soft noodles. My toddler also enjoyed it a lot.
The ddukbokki was perfectly spicy. The rice cakes were soft and the fish cakes were big and delicious. I was surprised how much it came with. Had to ask for a lid to bring home since I could only eat half at the moment.
The original gimbap was very yummy and flavorful with fresh ingredients that had a good bite to it. I was pleased with how filled they were.
The service was excellent. She was so friendly and gave my toddler a barley tea drink. Enjoyed everything so much. We can't...
Read moreWhat a delightful find! We were in Denver for just one night and stumbled upon this place unexpectedly on our way to the hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed—the shop was spotless, and I loved watching the owner carefully prepare each kimbop with precision. She piles up the freshest ingredients while using less rice, just the way I like it. Even the regular kimbop looked like keto kimbop!
The owner’s dedication to quality is clear—she proudly told us that everything is made from scratch, from the broth for the noodle dishes to the kimchi. We tried four different kimbops: vegetable, kimchi, original, and tuna (which she kindly offered on the house), and we loved every single one of them.
I already miss this place and would return in a heartbeat! If you're in Denver and craving authentic, homemade kimbop, this spot is...
