I'm very disappointed with this location. On one occasion I called for a delivery order and the manager refused to deliver since it was fifteen minutes to closing time. I was surprised since I had once worked for Jimmy Johns and our policy was we had to deliver even if the order came in fifteen minutes AFTER closing.

Today, I ordered online from the website and was very pleased with how easy it was. Only trouble was, the site ignored my delivery selection after I selected a store that was outside of my delivery range. (I'm 0.8 miles from the store, so I'm not sure how I was outside of it.)

I understood something was wrong when 30 minutes had passed with no food. I called up, but they refused to acknowledge that they had made my order at all. It didn't really bother me because I could simply order again. When I asked to be sure I wouldn't be double-charged, I was put on the phone with a female manager. She gave me attitude over the phone and rude remarks that struck me off guard, because as it turned out, they HAD made my order but it went through for pickup. I know they didn't cause this error, but they insisted that I take the blame for it.

I asked for them to deliver and the manager told me I was out of their (apparent 0.7 mile) delivery range and they could not, but that it was here waiting for me. She gambled that I would sacrifice more of my time to pick up the sandwich instead of requesting a refund for my near 20 dollar meal. Since I had to go to work, I asked for a refund. Her attitude went further down south as she whined at me that they had already made the sandwiches. I had wanted to point out that if she didn't want to waste the money she could have it delivered a few blocks instead, but I was genuinely afraid they would sabotage my food for dealing with the trouble. I told he I understood the sandwiches were made, but that I wanted my money back as I could not pick up the food. She uttered a groan then said, "Fine. Bye." Then hung up on me.

So I usually do my best to give compliments and keep everyone informed of great options when I can but this is the 4th time they've messed up my order. I can't and now don't expect anything to be right. Make sure you double check they give you the correct sandwiches,AND toppings before you leave. I've now filed multiple complaints with the online and email but no change in the quality of this service. I'm spending on average $50+ each time I'm here and I order the JJ GARGANTUAN, most expensive sandwich and somehow they mess up something in my order EVERY time. I've tipped every time because I understand service struggle. I worked in the industry for twenty years, my mom was a server. That's it though, I'm burned here. Just another example of the failure of quality in today's service and business. If you have an interest to eat, avoid this location. In fact avoid all businesses in the general area it appears this mentality extends to most dining in this area. It's going to take some REAL effort to buy me back JJ. and for me to change my rating.
