KFC — Restaurant in Aurora

The German manager is a Gaslighter. I ordered my meal and she kept insisting that I was not being clear on my order (I said potatoes for the first side and corn for the second on the first combo and potatoes and fries for the second combo…she kept cutting me off and said I was mistaken and that I would get only two sides. The menu said that each combo came with two sides. After she finally figured it out (I was correct) she rudely told me “I only had to ask you three times…”. She kept cutting me off and wouldn’t listen during the whole order. Before I left, I noticed she didn't ask nor give me any sauces for the tenders so I asked for honey barbecue and she gave me two small packets. This was for 10 full size tenders…even McDonald’s gives more sauce than that for their nuggets.

When I got home, I found out I was missing my fries. I was already triggered at this point due to their poor service. Ordinarily, I would just say “oh well”, but at this point, it was the principle of idea because of how rude she treated me. I decided to go back to get them. After all, it was a $15 combo…the least they could do is get my order right, like it should have been in the first place.

When I got back to the store, I wanted to avoid her, so I went through the drive thru instead of the lobby. Unfortunately, she was now operating the window. 😒When I got to the window, she insisted that she was correct on my order and that I wasn’t missing my fries, essentially gaslighting me to make it sound like I was trying to get a freebie. Why would I drive all the way back for a free order of fries? She eventually gave me my fries and snarled that next time we would have to check the order before I left…Like there will ever be a next time… After that, I returned home to eat my cold meal, feeling frustrated…it’s funny how one rude person can kill your mood.

Such rude service, and I will not be returning to this location. The manager was just horrible. Please read the reviews from others for this place. After visiting, I don’t doubt a single...

I would give no stars if possible. My husband got dinner and brought it home, her ordered two mashed potatoes and gravy large potatoes wedges and biscuits. We got all potatoes and coleslaw. The chicken was raw, not exaggerating, the skin was sticky and stuck to the bucket. I pulled a piece out to look at the rest of it and the price left blood on my counter. We took it back to the location and the girl that helped us was the worst person I have ever encountered as an employee. We asked if she was the manager and she said no it’s Juan, we said we want to speak to him, she then proceeds to walk around the oven and comes back to the counter. We said we want the manager she said I am the manager. We said you were just here where’s Juan. She said Juan said I’m the manager. We got a refund then wanted to show the chicken so they could see it was raw and they can really make someone sick. She rolled her eyes and you could tell she did not care. We asked if we could call someone and she said kfc, we ask their number and she said 800 kfc. First it’s not enough numbers but my husband asked for a pen and she told him to get his own pen to write it down. I was upset by now and (I admit) I yelled I said this is terrible and we got raw chicken it could have made my family really sick I have two young boys. She said how dare I come in disrespecting her and told us we can leave and she walked away. Then Juan (I guess) came up apologizing and said sorry, we asked if he would serve it to his family he said absolutely not. We asked about the girl saying she was the manager and he just said sorry. Terrible place. I could not get her name as she wore her badge on her hat that was not all the way on her head. Worst service EVER! We will not go back and try and tell others not...

$20.80 Two Chicken Fried Steak meals, extra gravy (more about that in a minute) and a strawberry watermelon freeze. Manager ARGUED that the ONLY way to get white gravy on my steak is if I get it with the (fake) mashed potatoes. If I choose sides different from the nasty mashed potatoes, then the steak comes dry.😳 Say that again?? He said "it's called 'mashed potatoes and gravy', that's where the gravy comes". Has ANYBODY ever heard of getting chicken fried steak without gravy? Go to Texas Roadhouse, ihop, etc, the steak comes WITH gravy... And I can get a baked potato and still get gravy on the steak..you can choose to leave it off, of course, but it comes with it. I had to buy an expensive side of gravy to get gravy for my steak. Oh, and no butter or honey given for the biscuit and we've already established there wasn't enough gravy for it either.

Then the new Strawberry Watermelon Cream Freeze came to us and it's supposed to be like a float--a scoop of soft serve ice cream with strawberry watermelon flavor and Starry? over it but that's not what the picture shows. It looks like a firm ice cream treat....it is called a 'FREEZE' and when I was only given a spoon I expected at least ice cream, but there was nothing there to eat with a spoon, it was a drink? While tasty it is too expensive for a just a drink... I think I'm done with this location. Yesterday, trying to get the $5 A&W deal, we had to go back through the drive-thru to get the right drink and when we were supposedly given the right drink it was still diet even though it had come out of the regular spigot.

Some friendly workers, lots of...
