However, on September 22, at 10:35 I was so saddened by here behavior I placed an order requesting a number 1 with an extra Taco supreme I was asked to look at the screen to see if my order was correct Yes it I replied. When I arrived at the window to retrieve my order, the extra Taco supreme was not the bag. I explained this to the cashier, who then replied, "I asked to look at the screen and tell me if your oder is correct," rudely and I then said I did and it was correctat at the time. She then said, "I will change for the additional Taco, and then you can have another," again very rude. I said if it's not on the receipt, I am happy to pay for another. I said you don't have to be rude about. This ver poor customer service and none of this attitude is necessary, she then said to me. I'm not being rude .I'm just telling you like it is. l told her she was being very rude. She said just go, and if you don't leave, will. I WILL CALL THE POLICE . I explained to her I would be sharing my experience. She clapping her hands at me and saying "Go head. I'm so scared. "
This was extremely poor customer service . She simply said I sorry for the mixup, but we didn't charge for extra Taco. I will have to charge you an additional 1.69 cents simple or even better yet just given the extra talk and said sorry for the mixup.

Read moreAside from the fact that I frequently have issues with my orders being correct they are now walking in on me while I'm in the bathroom. I thought the bathroom locks locked but two days ago I was in the bathroom after placing a mobile order and one of the employees walked in on me. Didn't say anything just looked at me and closed the door.
Luckily, I wasn't using the toilet but I was trying to dig a popcorn kernel out of my gums so I wasn't in a position to say anything. But then she did it again. First of all, isn't there some sort of law against them not only not providing working bathroom locks but just walking in on people? Isn't that some sort of invasion of privacy? What I do know is that when I left the bathroom and went up front and asked the crew about it I got no comment whatsoever. They acted as f I didn't say anything and directed me to my order when I asked about it.
But I did notice a man walking into the women's bathroom right after I left it and the men's bathroom was not occupied so I don't know what that was about. I don't know why she felt compelled to walk in on someone I guess she was trying to do a gotcha for a drug addict and I wonder what her reaction would have been had I actually been on the toilet. But once I entered my card info, the app ordered a 3 Doritoes Locos Tacos Combo. Which is not what I ordered. So I tried to see if I could cancel directly through the app, thus way I could reorder. But, I couldn't find a "cancel" button, just a "contact us" button. It makes you send an email, which is fine but I wanted to fully cancel my order, so food wouldn't be wasted. I called the restaurant. I asked that the restaurant cancel my order but the GM rudely refused to cancel my order and refund me. I went to the restaurant to speak with the manager. She refused to help me when I arrived. Even after another employee directed me to her upon request. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. And I still don't have my refund. They marked the order complete.
