If you want a disgusting pizza that tastes like the pizza served at your elementary school cafeteria from the 90âs, come here! This is by far the WORST pizza Iâve had in my life. They use nothing but cheap, frozen ingredients which you can easily taste. Their wings was dry and tasted awful, you could definitely tell it was old. I did a takeout order and when I got home, my family and I couldnât take no more than a bite of the pizza and wings. I immediately called the place back and asked for a refund of my $42. When I spoke to the lady over the phone, she said they would refund me if I brought the pizza back. When I arrived to the store, the man that worked there told me he was the owner and refused to refund me. I tried explaining to him that the pizza and wings tasted awful but he kept telling me that it was âthe best pizza in Colorado and anyone would be happy to eat itâ âŚ. đ I tried to explain to him that it was my first time ordering from them and showed him that we only took a bite of the pizza to prove to him that we were not lying or anything but he was not willing to even hear me out. Instead, he continued to yell at me saying he will lose money if he refunded me. He then walked away and went back to the kitchen. I took a picture of the food for the purpose of this review and left the restaurant. If this is your first time and youâre thinking of trying this place, let me save you your money and time, DONâT DO IT! Go to Blackjack, Anthonyâs anywhere but here. This place has the worst, worst food & absolute worst customer service. Clearly, all the owner cares about is âlosing moneyâ and not at all about his customers and or what he serves us. I wasted $42 at this place,...
Read more1st time trying! Ordered ahead on a Thursday night at 741pm small 12inch mushroom and onion pizza, with garlic bread quoted 30 min. Arrived exactly at 831pm where we shocked to see it was empty but a few door dash drivers. Pizza was ready on top of warmer I was afraid it was sitting there for a while.. garlic bread was not prepared and the manager told the worker to prepare them and she simply got the garlic from a room temp rack and cut them and put them in a box without warning them in oven! After that manager insisted they were warm when I paid so I asked for them to be thrown in the oven again, so I got our pizza first! First glance it looked appetizing, we were starved so we did not wait! It was scrumptious! The crust, the sauce, the toppings were great. Half way thru the pizza, the bread sticks come out...And they were UNDER cooked except for one golden peice. So about the service, the manager was exceptional however the other worker did not like the fact that I asked for the bread to be reheated. Then 3/4way thru 2 slices left she opens the front doors wide open and the side door where we were sitting at to take a rug out! Its 33° out in feburary. Thankfully we were full and satisfied by the pizza itself. Definitely going back! For the pizza anyways. And ordering ahead seemed to be the way to go as the door dash guys waited a while. 2 stars because of the unethical teenage worker. Pictures will be a...
Read moreI hate to give 2 stars, but my last several experiences I've been to Massinos the food is good, but the wait has exceeded the estimated time and there's usually errors in the meal. Example today I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch hot sub and after picking it up, taking it home and opening it, it was missing lettuce, onions, tomatoes, mayo and ranch and the bacon. (The bacon I'm pretty sure might of been Turkey bacon? It was soft and soggy). So I had to come back in and have it re made to get the missing ingredients. My prior experience was to get a calzone which was displayed up front under the heat lamp. The guy said he would toss in the oven for me to warm it up, so I patiently waited a good 15 minutes before I checked on the status and he mentioned it wasnt ready. So I sat down and waited some time and waited at the end of the counter to pressure the workers that I was waiting. The workers were very busy, so I flagged someone to see if it was ready yet and they packaged it up. I guess its frustrating to have to wait 20+ minutes for a Calzone sitting on display under a heat lamp and employees too busy to see what's going on. I really want to keep giving this place another chance but I usually leave disappointed, I wish it would change. Again, good food, but the store seems too busy with overwhelmed employees to focus on getting the orders dialed...
