Reward points gone. Feb 13, I set up an order for a company meeting for the 15th. Over the last year or so we have been ordering and gathering rewards points. Used 2000 pts for this event. Due to weather, our meeting was canceled. Called the store on the 14th to cancel the order. Our reward points did not go back on the account. Called three different times to customer service (which Pizza Hut out sources to Malaysia.) Hard to hear, thick accents and chickens in the background.
You can image nothing got done, information was not sent to anyone. I even called the corporate number down in Plano TX. No one picked up. So I called the store and they could not help me, because they do not deal with rewards at all.
Lucky the manager emailed me about my issue. (3/1)( He gave me a 30 dollar credit for the issue, but stated he cant do anything about the rewards because the store cant do anything regarding that issue, but said he would look into and get back to me with an answer. Unfortunately I have not heard back from him since the last email he sent was 3/10. I guess we lost all are points. Normally I would not care, but 2000 points that's 7 pizzas worth.
We order this kind of food all the time, I WILL NOT ORDER PIZZA HUT AGAIN. not much of a reward. You loose points and don't get them back and if you have a problem with something, you cant talk to anyone state side, at least about the rewards points.

It took three attempts to reach someone and I was told that my order had left āa whileā ago and shouldāve been delivered by now. Five minutes after hanging up (thirty minutes had gone by), the delivery driver finally showed up with lukewarm dried out pizzas. I immediately called the store again and requested to speak to a manager only to be told that there was nothing he could do. My advice to anyone if you are told this, is to call the customer service line at āYum Brandsā and complain. To fix this situation we were given three coupons for three large pizzas to use at any store. They will not be used at this location. This Hampden store needs to brush up on their customer service skills to say the least. We had a great dinner tonight and did not have to wait for a long time to get it eitherš. I love this store. These guys really do the best they can. They are nice people and I usually get my order right the first time, but if there is a mistake, they make up for it. I still don't like having to deal with the online ordering.
