This place is disappointing. If you are thinking you will get something that resembles a real Philly Steak sandwich, you will also be disappointed.
From the surly woman on the phone taking the order (sorry, I didn't realize I was putting you out by spending money at your restaurant), to the food itself. The orders were done incorrectly even though I gave the orders twice and she repeated it back to me twice.
The food is so overheated, the cheese is melted beyond recognition, even EXTRA cheese. The meat is overcooked and dry. My husband said the cole slaw was good. We live 10 minutes away WALKING. If you order it for pickup they say it will take 15 minutes. If you order for delivery they say it will take one hour. It took an hour and a half to get the food. When I called to ask where it was I was told the driver had left 20-25 minutes earlier and we were the last scheduled to get our order. They combine deliveries. This means the last person on the list gets cold food. She said the food should be hot for two hours. On what planet does that work? And she was wrong. The food wasn't "cold" but it was room temperature at best (and that includes the cole slaw).
No one mentioned anything about needing to say whether it was contact free delivery. In this day and age, that should be automatic. The driver shows up and needs the receipt signed. He told us we needed to tell them on the phone if we want contact free delivery. Lastly, we tried ordering online, but their website online ordering system simply does not work.

Last time I ordered from this place almost a year ago, I made an online order and wanted to pay with a credit card. They have some stupid system where you can order online, just can't pay (but they still charge you a $1 convenience fee!) - this means they have to call you for your credit card number after you place your order. After waiting for 30 minutes, I get a call from some guy, furious that my "phone doesn't work" I "gave him some number that didn't work". I'm holding the phone he has just called me on, which is connected to the phone number I gave, and this guy is telling me this. Flipping out. All of this would have just been solved if they took payments online as well as orders.
Long story short, they lost a long time customer that day, and I'm just coming back to laugh at how the 1 star reviews just grow and grow. At least I can say I stopped eating here when the food was still good!
P.S. - It sounds like Matt is a total jerk. Pretty sure that’s the manager I had to deal with too. If I did my job half as terribly as this piece of human garbage, I’d be on the streets. FIRE THAT GUY ALREADY! How can you not realize how badly he is hurting...

Mintues later I get a call back stating that there was a problem with their chip reader ( I don't have a cheap reader on my card) my card was declined. So as I am trying to find out why my card was declined I check my balance on my online banking account and it shows that the order total they they had charged had been taking out of my account. So as I am telling the lady this she tells me they have run my card three times and it's saying declined...so my mom and I drive over and no one else wanted to talk with us. "MATT" the supposed manager begin to use foul language and would not even speak to us. Another employee calls another so called manager and he goes off on us on the phone but then decide to refund my money and says that we are not welcomed back there anymore...as if we would want to go back.
