Austin's Pizza William Cannon/Brodie — Restaurant in Austin

A few weekends ago on a Friday my friend and I ordered @UberEats to deliver us a pizza not even 2 miles from the store. We waited for the delivery, the @UberEats driver got to our gate, asked us what the gate code was, we text him the gate code - and then he cancelled the order and took off with our pizza. Seriously right? Who does that.

Anyway, we called @UberEats who were extremely unhelpful saying that we didn't text the driver at the gate with in 5 minutes, although we have proof of time through the thread.

We called Austin Pizza to see if there was anything they could do, by this time they were already closed.

Danny the manager, and his cook Beckett were amazing! They stayed open for us and remade our order and allowed us to come in after hours and pick it up. Danny was so gracious to stay past closing and Beckett the cook we greatly appreciated staying longer to refill the order to correct @UberEats mistake.

Danny greeted us and was kind enough to converse with us as our order was remade, and even gave us a cookie for our trouble.

I hadn't ordered from Austin Pizza in a while, but I definitely will be a returning customer now due to the graciousness of these 2 employees, when the world is so crazy and not so kind right now.

These 2 made our whole weekend....

They delivered to my job and it was really good...but then I decided to take Carryout to my home because I’m tired of my boyfriend’s love for dominoes. We got the super pep and the buffalo wings. SO DELICIOUS. I love wings and just keep getting disappointed by other places, same with pizza honestly! This was absolutely perfect and I’m so glad I live really close to them. Amazing.
