BussinBuns — Restaurant in Austin

The guys running the place overnights are very sketchy and rude. I watched them get two orders wrong while I waited so long on my order and then the same guy also gave a customer back too much change so the customer was honest and gave it back but he kept trying to convince the customer to keep it but he wouldnt. It was so strange and seemed like they werent 100% present. He asked to take my order 4 times as he saw me waiting and after being asked the same question then given the same "itll be 2 minutes" at 20 minutes I asked to speak to someone else and was yelled at and told "2,4,6 it doesnt matter itll be ready when its ready" I told the other worker to help and they both made fun of me and told me they wont serve me. Let me make this real clear — this place is an absolute JOKE. The staff act like they’re doing you a favor just by existing. Unless you’re one of their little favorites (you know who you are), don’t expect anything but cold stares and trash service.

They hand out free food like it’s a popularity contest and treat paying customers like we’re in the way. Tried giving feedback? Don’t bother. They can’t handle anything other than fake praise. One word of criticism and they fold like a lawn chair and catch an attitude like we’re the problem.

The food? Mid. The staff? Clueless. The vibe? Nasty. Save yourself the time and money — BussinBuMs ain’t bussin’ anything except your patience.
